The false ceiling has openings even in bathrooms, no hangers, towel stand, false flooring peeling off at various places, was promised continuous hot water but it was absent at nights.

Very bad management. Lifts don't work. Makes sound like industrial machine. It appears management is not taking any interest in maintaining the premises. Only good thing is room boy was good and handy.

In this digital India, the very big hotel of Hospet doesn’t accept card payment. This is very shameless part. We had food in the veg section and after giving the bill he is telling card payments are not acceptable. Wurst experience at SHANBHAG
