Pirin Park Hotel

Nice and quiet location. Rooms need renovation urgently. Old furniture. Hard beds. Pillows not comfortable. Not enough light in bathroom. Very old hairdryers. Spa and pools good but overcrowded. In the restaurant for breakfast: just a few tables inside, if you dont find one,you should go in terrace where smoking is allowed. Staff friendly.

Had to spend one night along with group at Pirin Park. Booking was group booking so quite fast check in and rooms allotment. Basically it is a resort type property soy room was at ground floor near the swimming pool. Thought of swimming but it was very cold around 12 Dec C so could not dare to go swimming. Checked for Spa but informed needed prior appointment. we had a buffet dinner that was excellent with quality spread and taste . Liked the icecream counter where you can choose three flavours. So is true with breakfast that gives satisfying and tasty food. Interior is very beautiful with garden , children play area lash sofas. It was an excellent experience except they provided only one small water bottle and purchase price is quite high.

As this is apparently a 5-star hotel, we were expecting better. Our room was spacious, and so was our bathroom which was well appointed, but the shower leaked and SOAKED the floor. The pool area was very nice and the water a great temperature, but we could not figure out where to find the towels for the pool area and there was nobody around to ask. There was only one server at the pool bar, so service was VERY slow and she seemed totally overwhelmed and was not friendly at all. We found the wait staff at both dinner and breakfast also unfriendly and seemed to want to be doing anything else but serving you, although the food was quite good. The only friendly staff we found was the delightful lady who cleaned our room. Overall, just okay.

Nice and recommendable hotel! Clean rooms and nice facilities! Downer... it lacked good vegan food! Better breakfast than dinner! It lacked timely refill for dinner!🍀

This is not a 5-star luxury hotel, it's being promoted. Service is terrible, and you can get them to do anything. Overall hotel staff (apart from the cleaning staff) is not polite and nowhere to be found when needed. Buffet breakfast is available for only 2h in the morning and if you go towards the end, there is literary no food, and the staff is refusing to refill. We made one type of reservation, we were given a different room. Overall, very bad experience, an overpriced hotel with 0 service.

The hotel is operating with minimum required staff. Poor quality of the food. Dining area dirty with spider webs and strange bugs under the tables. Construction work during our stay. People leaving towels on the sun beds from 6:00 am to get good spot at the pool
