Really lovely, central hotel, set back from the main road. Quiet, spotlessly clean and the room was warm and cosy, with nice decor. Home away from home. Didn’t use hotel amenities, bar room service. From what I saw, it was of high standard. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Disappointed with restaurant and facilities, in terms of age conditions. Ordered rare steak for dinner (£30!) and had to send it back, very dry and overcooked. Took a lot of toing and froing to have bill sorted, which rather spoilt the whole experience. Undercooked sausages at breakfast. Gym couldn't be used by our 13 year old daughter, and pool and sauna limited hours for both her and her older sister. Understand that they want times without young children, but still rather ruined our daughter's sixteenth birthday celebration.

Lots of multiple problems with their systems. They had another couple booked into our room who were given keys to our room. Problems with access to our room with keys etc. We thought we have prepaid for this room. They have asked for our credit card and belive we may have been charged twice. We are checking this out now and will bein touch.

A great place to stay, warm welcome, super comfortable room, tea and coffee a welcome extra. Super soft towels 😊. Very quiet too!
I was only disappointed by the pool being closed the evening of my stay as l booked this hotel because it had a pool.
