I was not happy for the fact that I booked a room with a balcony and was given a room without a balcony on arrival, that was a red flag and an inconvenience as there was a purpose for me booking a room with a balcony. No bar fridge in the room, no hairdryer, dust coming out of the aircondition, hot water takes too long to come out of the shower.

Booked 3 rooms. No hot water morning1. Towels are aged & thin snd need replacing. No breakfast service. Terrible experience! Coffee (Ricoffy sachets, no milk). Paid in full, they couldn’t find payment, then they could, then they couldn’t, foball standing in reception, they could.

I left in the morning and came back in the afternoon from my meetings and find my room still not cleaned up, i had to go out to the shops and give them a chance to clean, my fridge was placed in a wrong direction with no plug and extension i had to move it next to the tv to get access to a plug, there was no hot water in the shower i had to use cold water, the room was freezing with no heater let alone an air conditioner worst part they only had 2 small blanket, the main switch kept going off while i was in a meeting i had to postpone because it was dark it nearly burned my electronics, i was so disappointed with the entire service it was terrible

There was a roach in the room and the WiFi was not working. The rooms are meant to be sound proof but everything could be heard.

My stay was awful. My room was not cleaned before hand, the tv is not user friendly, the bed had a stench. It was really bad hence why I stayed only one night. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My stay was quite enjoyable however the WiFi was so slow and the room did not have a microwave. Other than that, honestly all was good.
