A Baymont surprise. I was charged an undisclosed additional $100 cash damage deposit with out a reciept. At time of checkout they had to inspect the room for damage. This caused a 30 minute delay in the checkout process in order to get refunded the deposit. Or I could use my card and get refunded in 2 weeks. No proof of deposit, no proof of repairs if needed. Same needed repair could be charged for multiple times!

Horrible experience! We got there and they wanted a credit card and ID just for us to LOOK at the room. We were discussing, in the parking lot, if we wanted to stay there because it was so bad, and they processed our payments. The room was tiny, everything was really old, and the bathroom door has grease stains all over it. They refused to give us our money back. We never even stayed in the room but they charged us - including the pet fee!! Do not stay here!

Bedbugs. Terrible. Avoid. My pregnant wife woke up with a bed bug on her pillow. I notified the front desk who gave a refund for the rest of my stay but claimed they needed to process the refund from that night. They never did. I called later and they told me GOTCHA we were never going to refund that. Btw I caught the bug and took a pic so there is no saying that I am lying. Avoid avoid avoid. Unless you like bed bugs and dishonesty.
