The hotel has good facilities, a large hot spring pool and a gym, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the washing machines in the laundry room are not coin-operated but card-operated. After washing the clothes, I found out that my card was charged $8, and the price on it was $2.75. I asked the front desk and they said that I had to pay in advance and the extra money would be refunded after I checked out, but I still didn't receive the money after I checked out. I don't understand this operation. If I still don't receive it after waiting for two days, I will ask the hotel or Ctrip to clarify.
