優點： 1、交通便捷：出門步行3分鐘可到達公交車站，離燕郊站步行十五分鐘可到，這個位置無論去北京還是三河、大廠都非常方便。 2、有很大的停車場，開車的朋友比較方便 缺點： 1、設施老舊：出了大堂的裝修和整個大堂完全不像一個酒店，是裝完大堂發現經費不夠了嗎？酒店衞生間像是快遞可以買到的那種衞生間，衣櫃和置物架的掉漆的鐵架子。 2、衞生條件差：一進屋子就能聞到一股灰塵的味道，感覺像是很久沒有住人，窗台床頭都有積灰，床單上有不明污漬，地毯上有碎屑。 3、有噪音：早上七點半左右樓上有跑跳的聲音，非常有規律，白天一直可以聽到，吵到完全無法集中精力。 4、缺乏管理：早上十點左右有小孩一直在樓道跑跳玩鬧，沒有工作人員阻止。 總結：雖然位置方便，但是這個價位在廊坊也不算是便宜了，還是希望在細節方面酒店可以更關注一下，如果預算充足對居住質量有要求的朋友不建議選這家

酒店房間乾淨整潔明亮，服務貼心熱情，賓至如歸的感覺，讓人很舒服。四層休息區是個不錯的地方，書架上放了很多我喜歡的文學作品，服務員還會貼心的送上茶水，房間設施齊全，空間大，總之很不錯的一次體驗，下次肯定還選奇麗。
