It was a pleasant stay experience. The staff at the front desk were warm and friendly. The check-in procedure was quick and efficient. They enthusiastically introduced the scenic spots. The room was spacious, bright, clean and well-equipped with complete facilities. The bedding was comfortable and the pillows were moderate. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Parking in the hotel was very convenient.

酒店位置靠近程陽八寨售票廳，方便遊玩。酒店設計風格古色古香的，木質結構的建築。我們住在二樓，晚上發生了點小插曲不過很快就解決了，為此老闆送了水果以表歉意，因為是木質結構的建築，晚上睡覺有點冷，多要了兩床被子，總之還是挺好的。

抓着春節小假期的尾巴，來到了三江，第一站就是程陽八寨，然後攜程上綜合排名第一的就是程陽八寨酒店，就定了。酒店在景區門口，酒店服務員服務態度很好，我們到的時候很晚了，工作人員還到停車場來接我們！而且根據我們到店時間提前給我們開好了暖氣！值得推薦！

前台服務人員熱情主動，反饋及時，晚上感覺冷，需要加一條被子，很快就送來了，房間整齊，衞生乾淨，給的房間還是景觀房，直麪景區，晚上可以看夜景，白天可以曬太陽，所以又續訂了一晚。

超出預期的一家酒店！去年來程陽出差住的是裏面的民宿，住寨子裏面雖然方便，但是木結構的房子會很吵。這次因為選了寨子門口的廣悦尚，果然沒有讓我們失望。到了之後前台的妹妹很熱情地接待了我們，前台大廳有自助的油茶，房間裏面早就打開了暖氣，在降温的晚上還送了甜湯和足浴桶，讓人感動OwO我們多要了一床被子也很快送來了，她一個人忙裡忙外真的是很辛苦，第二天因為打不到車還特意幫我們查公交到達時間。雖然酒店不在寨子裏面的核心位置，但是觀光車都能送到酒店門口附近，不存在要走很遠的情況。朋友們都説是民宿的價格五星級的服務和設施。
