organize everything online : parking , cleaning , restaurants booking hotel is easy lodge style not a typical hotel bit for a ski trip just the right one! just 5mins to the 2 main Cable car stations. restaurant and bar is good! ambient is top! personal and service also good!

Excellent stay. We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and had a great experience. From the proximity to the lifts to the good breakfast and the gym facilities. Very friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and modern and we will come back again!

the hotel is basic...very basic...bare bones basic. Yet the cost is not basic. As mentioned in several other reviews the lobby is not safe in ski boots, the entrance carpet was soaked the entire time - yes, even first thing in the morning so it was never changed. there are no amenities in the rooms, you pay extra for any cleaning or towel refresh, in fact you have to pay extra for a cappuccino (after a $20 breakfast fee) and the coffee is really bad - so you will want to pay the $4 for a cappuccino! The lobby being locked until 7:30 is ridiculous. there is no front desk staff. Want a snack after 9:30? nope, not an option...at all - not even a vending machine. this would all be fine if I was pay for a hostel, but the prices are full service hotel prices. I will mention that the staff was amazing. So nice, helpful and friendly!

Staff are brilliant and friendly. Place is lovely and modern and well located. The pool table and table tennis were free and perfect for teens. The table tennis though was well worn with broken bats. Breakfast was fine but some items were missing sometimes and/or machines broken. Gluten free options were made available and the staff tried hard to accommodate. Some weird things though. The entrance to the lobby was locked until 7:30. This is ridiculous. The floor in the lobby is death trap for people with ski boots. Signs are everywhere to watch out so it's well known. Yet the situation persists. We saw people hit the deck daily and some were well shook. A coating on the floor would fix at least on the main paths of travel. How this isn't a law suit waiting to happen I don't know. Despite those things I would recommend.

Our third stay. Staff are great, very helpful, very friendly. Rooms are basic but they're open about that. Super convenient for the ski lifts, parking, ski school offices, lift passes, ski hire etc. Nice to have a gym. Only downside is that breakfast is a bit chaotic when the hotel is busy.

Right next to the cabin lifts and ski rent, nice restaurant, and relax area with very big couch at the hotel. My son and i had a very good stay.
