We had eaten here on previous visits to Lofer but this time we decided to stay. Although it is a good 25 minute walk to the village, there is a ski bus so not totally remote. The setting is beautiful. The one thing that made our stay so great were the owners and staff. Very welcoming, nothing too much trouble. The facilities were great, we used the pool, sauna, steam room, table football and bowling alley. All great fun with other hotel guests of many nationalities. The food is outstanding and generous portions. Breakfast is a buffet, help yourself to as much as you wish. We had comfort rooms, with balconies. Sadly the sun was never on the balcony. There is a soap/shower gel dispenser in the bathroom and plenty of towels. A great space. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We stayed in Lofer for the ski season and have visited Hochmoos a few times for afternoons/early evening drinks and for food. The salad bar has variety and quality, the bar area is welcoming and spacious and the staff are always accommodating,no matter how early we arrive! Great hotel, good service & reasonably priced. Well worth a visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Excellent hotel - it even has a skittles alley, which our group used our last evening there. There is an indoor swimming pool (29 degrees) and a sauna complex at no extra charge - towels provided. Our room was large, with a balcony shared with the room next door - this wasn't a problem until smokers moved in. There was a slight problem with the bath tap in that we sometimes had to play with it to get itbto shut completely off and then had to play with it to get hot water out of the shower. The staff were friendly and efficient. There is even a chapel in the hotel grounds.

Super Service mit viel Herzblut für dieses schöne Hotel mit allem was braucht, und noch mehr. Tolle Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und Top modernen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist so gut wird aber noch übertroffen vom Abendbrot. Alle Mitarbeiter von der Servicekraft bis zur Bedienung waren bei uns Hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Alle Einrichtungen von den Saunen übers Schwimmbad bis zur Bibliothek oder Kegelbahn waren Top gepflegt. Vom Skibus bis zum Schlittenverleih alles super organisiert. Dieses Hotel steht für Service auf höchstem Niveau und tut einfach nur gut. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch und wir versuchen schnellstmöglich wieder zu kommen.
