The very first moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by Vedat Bey, the owner/ manager of the hotel, such a friendly and helpful gentleman, not to mention full of knowledge, he assisted us from beginning to end, any enquiries, he definitely went out of his way to help, treats everyone like family, all the staff, Mehmet bey, Defne hanım and Samet bey are all very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The hotel rooms are all beautiful and clean, we highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, we would definitely return to Narlı Ev Butik hotel again."

"The location is brilliant but its an outdated hotel which needs modernising. I thought I walked in on one of Agatha Christies novel. What I noticed it seemed like guests were allowed to smoke in rooms each room had an ashtray which was really odd. I did change my room because my first room had a strong smoking odour. The staff were brilliant and provided an alternative room."
