The service is friendly. The parking lot is good and free. It is just written that there is a laundry room. When I arrived, I asked the front desk and they said there was no one.

Great hotel 15 minutes from Seville on the A49 motorway. Both its facilities and the hotel staff are unbeatable. It has parking within the hotel grounds free of charge.

I stayed for two nights, and I have to say that I felt very comfortable, both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. I needed an unforeseen problem to be solved and the girl at the reception did it with pleasure. I have had a very good experience. In fact, all the staff I have met have been very friendly. And the area, which for a relatively small town, has some bars where you can eat great, such as "El cobertizo". If I were to return to the area, I would stay at the hotel again without hesitation!

Property doesn’t live up to the splendor it obviously used to be. Maintenance is lacking in many areas, from elevator buttons that are broken to a shower that wobbles and has little flow. Staff don’t seem concerned. I appeared at desk using a cane for mobility and I was issued a room with a loft - stairs needed to access the bedroom and washroom. What??? Not impressed.

The air conditioning often was not enough: 30 degree was to much to sleep well.
The buffet, instead, was very rich and good quality.

The room was clean and spacious, but disappointed the only bathroom was up in the loft area. The lobby bathroom never seemed to have toilet paper, but front desk as able to help out there.

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, food service was great. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels when needed. Pool was clean and nicely operated and safe at all times. Area was clean, extra services such as a hairdresser’s and shop on site which was a lovely touch
