硬件很強 各方面設施沒得説
温泉輕食準備了免費的紅棗薑茶 甜點甜湯
其餘小吃定價合理（温泉蛋3元 雞爪4元 鴨頭8元）
還有湯麪拌麪等主食可選擇
周圍沒啥吃的 衹能在酒店內解決
住客很少 很清靜所以也沒什麼服務
健身房沒什麼人 跑步機沒插電 不提供毛巾飲用水
小插曲是泡温泉忘了時間 出來大約兩點零幾分
火速把房卡交回了前台並申請去去房間拿剩餘的東西 然後前台就不停打電話催促 説要收加時費 可我們並非在拖延啊 衹能火急火燎地背包走人結果落了東西 又跑回去拿
哎 並非旺季也沒有住客等着 放鬆點多好呢
不過查房小姐姐很有耐心 讓我們不要着急 先收拾好再説
總體還是不錯的體驗 但服務可以更好

一個地方國企建的温泉度假性質的酒店，基建硬件可以抄可以套，形式主義也可以做得惟妙惟肖（基於什麼樣的時代背景和產業思路才有了這個“萬壽生態，閩光以及文旅領導該深刻領會）。住店客人，温泉按次使用，晚上八點到九點出，第二天就不能用了，這麼大的投入，水是死的（並不是真正的自然温泉生態，不流動的，人工維保），這樣的商業思路，控成本靠犧牲客户權益，也就是跨行國企的底子。個別前台員工的溝通（主要那麼一兩個年輕女孩），很會“引導”客户，搶話，強化主觀意識，來服務行業上什麼班呢？（上級背書？！）。不要辜負了“兩山”指引和生態紅利，以及其他一種從客房，到温泉內部的小哥哥小姐姐，阿姨們在總共一天不超過十個八個客人的消費，還要這麼堅守努力。花三百多一個四五線鄉下的温泉客房，要的不是洗洗澡，八點進去純粹給孩子游個泳，九點多就閉園（可以理解），温泉入口檢票和第二天前台班同一個人的眼鏡妹妹，“泡一個小時温泉對人最好”，那副嘴臉呵呵🙂想想文旅的經營邏輯和市場現狀，閩光擎天者！

這個酒店真是超值。價格不貴，且包含2人早餐，2人温泉1次（泡温泉時還贈送免費輕食套餐）房間也很大，很乾凈。下次有機會還會選擇。酒店附近還有一個大型遺址公園，也值得參觀。

性價比高，過年人不多，温泉水質好，泡完皮膚絲滑，還送點心。酒店內點餐分量足，一份兩個人吃都夠。可以去三元格氏栲國家森林公園空氣真好。服務到位熱情。早餐豐盛。

1.5.1有入住有歡迎水果，5.4再次入住沒有，問了前台電話，就説會確認，後來有人來處理手機投屏問題，我又問了服務人員。半小時後才送來三個橘子。不知道這是怎麼回事2.酒店的温泉很臟，有客人還亂穿我們自己帶的拖鞋3.温泉手牌丟了罰款100，是不是罰款太多了？我們入住時候工作人員也沒有正式説明，等到出門時候才指着前台的玻璃牌子説罰款100。4.請酒店自查下5.5早上早餐負責煮麪的工作人員，不戴手套，不用工具，徒手抓麪和預製包子和饅頭5.酒店酸奶走的時候拿了兩盒，自己一盒，給小朋友拿一盒，工作人員追出來，要走一盒，説衹能堂食第四點，我要投訴
