酒店到處都是蟲子，房間有蟲子，床上有蟲子，衞生間裏面還有蚯蚓，特別多的蟲子，真是非常的大自然原始風格，馬桶衞生間也沒有打掃，叫人過來打掃，還是用同一個毛巾擦了，裏面又擦外面，馬桶圈上面還有尿漬，半夜11點50，還有一個服務員過來敲門，一直敲，特別大聲，我人都睡著了，，，，，，，，，

設施：太差了，淋浴過程中漏水嚇壞孩子；洗澡還摔跤；充電樁也壞的，白瞎一晚。浴巾一扯一個洞，成破抹布，感覺到丐幫了😭；床硬硌得慌。 衞生：馬桶在淋浴房內；地上臟兮兮。 環境：市區上山七公里山路，好聽的叫遠離塵囂，難聽點叫荒涼一片。一系列不適應也強忍着衹好不換房了😭 服務：關鍵時刻客服不到位，嚇壞孩子；唯一值得表揚的就是前台服務。一次極度失敗住店，真是無語到極點。

非常好，綠化空氣一流，很安靜，樓距也比較大。雖有一小段山路但是雙車道路況尚可，離沙縣城區不太遠。五一怕堵車一大早就溜了，早飯沒有體驗。

老總親自接待大半夜給下水餃，服務之好真是沒的説，價格親民，商務出差和團建的最佳之選，還有滿山的楊梅和木屋餐飲加垂釣，過幾天再去！

過年了去連城的路上預訂的山莊式酒店，因為附近已經沒有其他酒店可住了；酒店很難到達，要開兩公里沒有路燈的山路，沿途酒店做了標誌，但是夜裡上山還是挺嚇人，下山才發現經過了墓園。去的時候因為主樓都沒有熱水了，前台安排了另一處應該是拓展訓練的房間，房間很大，設備設施還很新，雙人間床鋪很大，還有走廊茶桌。

大晚上開着山路上去，黑漆漆的跑到山上，結果告訴我訂的房型沒了，結果我掏出手機一看，他們各大平台還可以訂，而且我訂完，他們過了半個小時確認了訂單，開了半個小時山路跑上來告訴我沒了，忘記鎖房間了，因為帶了小孩特意選擇大床房，然後前台説給我升級，升級到最山頂前的一間，説是也是大床房，結果進去一看，跟豬圈一樣，這不是我形容的，是帶我去看房的工作人員説的原話，還説我同意的話馬上打掃出來？what ?我不同意，然後又説換到湖邊B07房型，一直強調他吃虧了，這個房間他賣多少多少，還對我説另外一個房間不能動，否則扣我按金，難道不是你們酒店自己的錯誤？另外還威脅我住不住？不住沒關係的，我大老遠跑來受氣？我先生當時真的氣不過説要走了，並且投訴，前台一男的説沒關係，投訴吧，不住就不住。我真是不懂，一個這麼大山莊就這服務？就這樣管理？特別無語😓
