This is an old hotel. I reported to the front desk why the water was yellow. The waiter said that the pool had just been cleaned but it was still yellow after a day of use. The front desk gave me four bottles of water and drank them all. I didn’t dare to use other water. Fortunately, I was at home. Water at home in Sanming! I won’t dare to stay at this hotel again.

The sanitary conditions are extremely poor. If I hadn't grabbed the hotel at the wrong time during the exam, I wouldn't have come here. Compared to the 100+ hotels I stayed in last time, they were much worse in terms of hygiene and service attitude. The only hotel in so many years that required a deposit to stay was the one with the worst hygiene. Maybe I was afraid that people would regret it and run away after checking in. . It's not even pretending, the dirtiness is obvious. Various dust accumulation, scale, water stains, strange stains on the sofa, and even black particles. The surrounding environment is also not good. There are chickens and ducks outside the window, and various broken houses. The bathroom door is particularly difficult to pull. It requires a lot of force and a little bit of skill, but it often fails to open or close. Fortunately, I was the only one living there, so I had no choice but to shamelessly leave the door open. It takes half an hour to walk to Forestry, and it takes 5 minutes to call Didi. To be honest, it’s called Didi. Does it matter whether the ride takes 5 minutes or 10 minutes? It is better to live farther away from the examination center, the price and environmental sanitation will be better.

The front desk service was very poor. I booked a hotel due to exams. The lighting was very dim and there was no bright light. Plastic slippers were not provided. I accidentally got the disposable slippers wet and asked for help to get another pair. They were reluctant to give them.

I called the front desk but didn't answer even though there was someone there, bad customer service. When I extended my room, I asked my aunt to do some cleaning, but she didn't come after asking her for help. She didn't have to change the sheets and clean the table. She just collected the trash, and it was difficult to add toothbrushes, paper towels, etc.! ! There are no paper towels in the room. Because I went downstairs to report the situation to the front desk, several hours have passed and the aunt still hasn't come to clean it up. Very bad. Such a service attitude will really discredit the hotel.
