總體還是不錯的。就是鞋子都破損了能不能換雙好的呢，雖然環境簡陋，簡單簡潔點，但是衞生還是好的。價格也不算貴。要求不是很高的其實是可以考慮一下。

來三明學院這邊來考試，到晚上11點沒房了最後還是能騰出房出來，住的體驗不錯，環境不錯，這邊很多山，連學校也在山裡空氣是相當清新非常不錯

設施差，服務更差，前台經常無人，既使有人也是隔着牆在裏面房間講話，續住的房間衞生無人打掃，講了要打掃也沒用
