The room is typical business hotel size, not very big, just right for a single person. The meals are simple: salad, curry rice, and miso soup. It's right next to a shopping center, AEON, which is great for shopping. The service is good, I recommend it to everyone.

I booked this hotel after searching for accommodations with a sauna in Sano. The rooftop sauna offered great views, and the open-air bathing was incredibly refreshing. Both the sauna and the baths were clean and pleasant. The room was also spotless, and the breakfast, seemingly catering to international guests, had a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely book here again.

This hotel is super convenient! It's just a short walk from Sano Shintoshi Bus Terminal, and Sano Premium Outlets is also within walking distance. Plus, there's a convenience store nearby. The public bath was a nice touch, and it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to really relax. I especially loved the herbal scent of the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

This is top-notch here. I go there every day. The breakfast has a ton of vegetables. I highly recommend the curry rice with some scrambled eggs; it's super delicious. The women's bath doesn't have a sauna.

I always use this hotel. It's very convenient for staying the night before going golfing. The open-air bath on the roof is great!

I stayed for two nights, mainly for the baths and breakfast. My goal was to relax and unwind. The bath was smaller than I expected, and the water was lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Maybe it was because I had high expectations. As for breakfast, it was a 1. The white rice in particular didn't seem to be cooked properly, so it wasn't tasty. That might have been a fatal flaw. Next to it were about 20 different bottles of soy sauce, which shows attention to detail, but it felt like they missed a key factor. The room had a Daikin air conditioner, so it felt just like home. It was well-cleaned, and while they tend to do light cleaning for guests staying multiple nights, I was grateful for the thorough cleaning. The area is a bit far to walk to, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. On the first day, I walked to Sano Ramen, and on the second day, I walked over 10 minutes across the street to Tairiku Shokudo for yakiniku. Overall, it was a relaxing two-day trip that I enjoyed.

I stayed overnight on the night of the Ashikaga Fireworks Festival. Although I checked in late, the staff were very kind. The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was just as good as the reviews said, and I was very satisfied with the food and selection. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay here again when I travel to other areas.

The hotel has a good location, close to the bus stop, and there are shopping malls nearby, making shopping convenient.

The night view from Sky Spa is amazing. The breakfast was also satisfying. There is an Aeon Mall and a convenience store nearby, so it's very convenient.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Sano because it's close to the bus terminal.

It's right in front of Sano Bus Terminal, so it's great for people going to Sano, Tochigi Prefecture! And you can use the outdoor bath on the rooftop for free until late at night, so it felt like a place to rest. There's a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so it was okay for me to stay alone!
