We stayed at this hotel for a week and we thought it was a very good hotel. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Check in was good, we arrived early, they just took our passports and we went back later, our cases were in our room already. The room was very spacious, room 303. The bathroom was big, included a bidet, but the bath was very small, I am but tall but I had to sit in it with my knees raised! There was a shower so that was ok. There was a wardrobe, chairs, tv, dressing table, safe, a table and chairs in the balcony, just bit an iron, I did not ask for one so not sure if you can get one from reception. The breakfast was a continental breakfast, tea and coffee, scrambled egg and their own bacon. Dinner was a three course meal, the size was not very big but ok if you had had lunch during the day. You chose your dinner whilst having breakfast everyday, so you got a choice. The waiting staff were very friendly, and if you didn’t like ordered they offered you another choice. The hotel is decorated nicely, there’s a pool with chair around it. There are sun-beds in the grounds, there is a little cabin open during the day to buy from. There is a lift to every floor. It is only a short walk into Sorrento or the local town. We found a way to walk where we avoided some of the dodgy pavements out there as the traffic is just mad and they don’t have the same rules as us!!! I would recommend this hotel.

Should never be classed as 4star food was terrible nothing was fresh , waitress was rude . Breakfast was the same every day not even fresh orange juice . Had to order evening meal at breakfast so you couldn’t even have breakfast in peace . No tea making facilities in rooms . Beds were hard and uncomfortable . The only good thing was rooms were clean and reception staff George and Viola were amazing couldn’t do enough for you

A lovely small, family run hotel in a great location, just outside of Sorrento and close to the sea. It is just a short walk to a small Marina and view point. Where there are amazing views of Sorento, the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, Viola and Antonio on reception. I am disabled and I travelled alone and Antonio very kindly helped me with my luggage, yesterday morning. As my transfer pick up was at a nearby hotel. My single room with a balcony was very nice and kept spotlessly clean by the lovely, friendly cleaning ladies. As was the rest of the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were all very efficient and friendly. The food was mostly good, however it would be nice to have a lot more fresh fruit and salad. Especially, at breakfast. I hope to return soon.

Hotel was clean and presentable, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. Had a 3rd floor room with a balcony which was handy for drying swim gear. However, in no particular order: Beds were rock hard Lifts were hit and miss, sometimes the floor levels didn’t quite meet, so had to beware of tripping from the lift to your floor/sometimes the lift opened at level 2 but doors didn’t open Take a European extension lead for charging your gadgets – the only sockets available were for the tv and fridge, which incidentally didn’t keep anything cold! We unplugged the tv! No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms Swimming pool was freezing cold, not heated nor by the sun whatever time you used during the day in full sunlight. Hotel charges €1.50 for swim towels and expect them back straightaway – can’t take them to your room to dry out and use again, another money-maker Breakfast is mixed continental – breads, cakes and cheeses, or cereals & yogurts and fruit, scrambled egg and bacon Breakfast is 7-9.30am; Evening meal is 7-8pm and you’re expected to depart restaurant as soon as you are finished eating Evening meals were disappointing – you book at breakfast time and at 7pm, within seconds of sitting down, meals are ready. Poor selection and we didn’t feel they reflected Italian cuisine. Even though we paid for half board, I think we only ate in twice. Italians charge €2 per night per person for tourist tax, bear that in mind for end of your stay Tips for surrounding area Sant Agnello is a lovely town, about a 10 min walk, and Sorrento is at least 30 mins away – beware the traffic though. When you cross the road at a zebra crossing, put your foot out into the road and make eye contact with drivers, otherwise they don’t stop for you. Overall, a lovely holiday, but wouldn’t agree that hotel is worthy of a 4*, more a 3

Quirky little hotel. I had a ground floor single room however it opened onto a lovely balcony over looking the pool. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff are all very friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble......from the pool man and waiters to the front desk and cleaners. I was surprised that the food was as good as it was. Buffet breakfast with something for everyone. Dinner on a night was a 3 course waiter served. You made your choice on the morning. There were 3 starters 3 mains and just dessert which was whatever came out..... But such things as panacotta. Chocolate mousse and creme caramel they were nice. I am vegetarian and always found a nice choice. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Really enjoyed it.

The best thing about the hotel was Tony. The hotel location was great, near the cliff edge where you could see the ocean and close to the more busy town area but still far enough to be very quiet. The room was old and not up to date but very clean and worked. The food was nice to have even if it wasn’t a 10/10 but most of all the man at the front desk,Tony, was the nicest. He was helpful and very hospitable and even came to our room to help us with all that we needed. Every time we would come in and out of the hotel he would say hi and also gave us a tour when we first arrived. Honestly, he made the stay worth it with his kindness and by how much he cared.

This is our third time in Italy Sorrento area, we stayed at a hotel in Sorrento city center first time so we decided to go for another hotel in Sorrento city center over Hotel Eliseo Park's second time (as first hotel was closed for refurbishment), that's where we went wrong. So this time we decided to come and stay at Eliseo Park's which from day one staff made us feel very welcome. We loved room 304, which is spacious and also has a big balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, which is great with my eye sight issues. The food is really good and has plenty of choices with very friendly staff (specially the taller gentleman) looking after us making sure if we needed anything. Very friendly chambermaids, as we asked them for additional towels and we were given in no time, we noticed they cleaned our own cups in our room, going the extra miles. Lovely size pool to swim in on a hot day. The hotel has a small bar with a variety of drinks to choose from. The location is just perfect, a couple of minutes walk to La Marinella beach, about 10 minutes walk to Sant'Agnello train station and about 15 to 20 minutes walk to Sorrento centre, we love the walks in the narrow alleyways near the hotel to train station or Sorrento. All in all, it is a perfect hotel in a perfect location. We felt as if this hotel was a family run hotel as all staff were very kind, friendly and approachable. Already we have decided if we come back to Sorrento, we would definitely come back to stay here again.

A very dated small quiet hotel The setting outside nice , small pool and garden. You have to pay daily ! to have towels for pool. The hotel has no atmosphere and the staff we found quite miserable and stern looking - apart from one young girl and the older guy who worked in the evening We were never asked if everything was ok, did we need anything ! The breakfast was poor, not much choice and the tea was Luke warm- no tea facilities in room , so glad I brought the kettle and teabags 🙂the beds are rock hard but clean and fresh towels daily Not many sockets in room so extension lead came in handy It’s €20 into sorrento by cab, lethal walking as traffic is manic and narrow pavements if at all! No music or entertainment at hotel Pizza restaurant on corner 2min walk. Supermarket up hill and about 10min walk - but feels longer walking in the heat Bus stop nearby but again with stood sweltering in heat we got cab instead Pool very clean and ice cold, small cabin at pool but only sold drinks Probably would stay elsewhere with more life and nearer sorrento if went again Booked boat trips whilst in sorrento to Capri and Amalfi these were fab a definite must Hope this helps if your going

Only downfall was the aircon didn’t get very cool. Which was needed as it was 33 most days. And they don’t allow the key to stay in the room to let it stay cool all day.
