This place is such a vibe! We visited for dinner & drinks whilst we were in San Antonio and ordered: bread and pink aioli with olives spicy cauliflower bites gigi hadid’s pasta (without chorizo) pad thai frozen strawberry daiquiri golden hour cocktail smash or pass cocktail DJ was great - we loved the mix of 80s / 90s bops and dance music. The decor is amazing and the waitresses/waiters were lovely, welcoming and attentive. Definitely the best place we’ve been to so far! If only we booked this hotel! 10/10

Me and my friend came here on a girls holiday as it looked aesthetic and cute. To begin with when we entered the room it hadn’t been properly cleaned with hand prints on the sides and no glasses or mugs in the room. We then went to sleep that night and at around 3:30am and switched a light on to go to the bathroom, the light would then not switch off. We went down to reception to ask them to come and sort it however two different staff members came in for 15 minutes each and just went around the room pressing all the switches telling us they don’t know what is wrong. After this we asked to move rooms to which we were told there isn’t any available and we would have to stay in a room with a light that wouldn’t switch off for our entire trip. After we said that this would not be happening all of a sudden a room became available but we were then told we would have to swap rooms again the next day. At 4:30am we had to pack up our entire suitcases to then move rooms. The next morning after moving to this room we got told we would be able to stay in this room however then got charged another €100 to do so as this was apparently a better room, however was no different to the last. Throughout all of this the staff acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. We were then woken up by staff shouting outside the room the next morning at 8:15am (this happened on several occasions). That evening one of us took a 10 minute shower (if that) which then flooded the entire bathroom and room soaking a lot of our things. We then had to go back to reception to get maintenance to come and help us sort this. The hotel has a lot of issues and is quite run down which is attempted to be masked by a coat of pink paint. After paying €700 each for the room only (for 5 days) and then another €100 whilst there I would’ve expected a much better experience and to be treated a lot better by staff. The hotel needs a lot of work and to be maintained in a much better way. I do not recommend staying here.
