WOW, WOW, WOW . Simply amazing Holiday. From start to finish we were massively impressed. Just the 2 of us booked for our annual 4 night October break this place is stunning. It's a very large complex with everything you need on it. It's great for families of all ages and adults only too. The rooms are to a great standard of cleanliness and every morning we headed off for breakfast our room had been cleaned upon our return. The food was plentiful and of absolute excellent quality we have no complaints whatsoever. There was something for every taste. The staff are amazing no matter the department ie bar, restaurant, housekeeping, gardeners, maintenance, lifeguards and entertainment reps etc etc etc, I don't think they could do anymore to help you. We never struggled to get a sun lounger at all and didn't see anybody else struggle either. Pools are a great size and the beach is on its doorstep too. The entertainment was great looked like professional shows which were actually entertainment reps themselves, so much hard work had gone into them shows they must have worked really hard to put em together and deserve medals the lot of them , just brilliant. Even though some places were shut down round the local areas away from hotel there was still lots things to do, we enjoyed our visits to Es Canar and Santa Eularia and even found a couple of trips that were still available. We will definitely be booking Tui Magic life Cala Pada again in the future. We 110% recommend this amazing resort to any Family of any age and/or adult couples. We really really could not find any fault with this place and believe me I'm very hard to please haha.

We just wanted a cheap 5 days away and this was very cheap. We normally stay in Tui’s Sensatori’s and given the price difference it would be unfair to compare them. For the price (about a 1/3rd) of a Sensatori available at the same time it was great. Turned out we went for the resorts last 5 days before closing for the winter- but never felt like it- service was great till the end and last evening entertainment was fab. So well done for that! Upgraded to a large double bedroom suite which was perfect for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Lots of storage space and we never felt like we were tripping up over each other. Air con and safe. Quite a small shower for such a large bathroom- but was fine for a short stay. Wife was very happy as the hair dryer was super powerful and dried hair quickly. Nice complex. Great for Sports- Huge number of tennis courts, very large football pitch, 2 x Volleyball courts, table tennis, gym, crazy golf, etc Kids were always entertained. Sports Bar (was just a room showing football) with the main bar about 30 steps away. But good coverage of football matches being shown. Food was ok- Breakfast was easily the best in terms of choice and availability. Evening meal was repetitive but adequate: Entertainment team worked hard. Beach Towels easily obtained/changed. Easy to get a sunbed- even on the busiest day at the foam party- which was fun! WiFi is excellent- easy connection with no stupid codes and always available across the site. Pools- one pool was heated but was busy as used for swimming and scuba lessons. Other main pool was not heated and was just about ok in the 22 degree heat we had. Beach is out of the venue but the hotel have a bar on the beach so it’s not a problem. Few areas to improve- Cleaning- room was generally clean- just not the floor- we would get dirty feet walking around the room. Food- Breakfast- what’s wrong with tomato sauce at breakfast? (Freely available at other meals. We just bought our own in the end). Food- Lunch (Main Restaurant)- was quite sparse in terms of options- but was also quite poorly attended so we suspect the two were connected. Found a few items to be lukewarm. (But this never happened at breakfast or dinner). Bookable Downtown restaurant wasn’t great. Would skip. Bottled Water was not available. Was only supplied to the room once for the whole trip- so bring a reusable bottle. Large cheap supermarket about 900m’s down the road, Pharmacy is about another 300m’s. Coastal path to Santa Eulària is nice- but in the UK the health and safety brigade would have that closed. Not suitable for young children or the infirm- some very narrow sections with exposed roots and high drops.

Currently on holiday here on day 2! Writing this review to prevent other families from disappointment. We picked this resort as we have a 10 month old and was looking for somewhere that was luxurious but also family friendly. Rated as a 4 star plus we expected a room that would be fairly nice but did note from other reviews that the rooms would be a bit more basic than other 4 star hotels. We were happy with this as the room set up looked really good accommodation for a baby. When we arrived we were allocated a ground floor room which is perfect for us as we have a pushchair etc. Unfortunately when we saw our room it all when down hill! The bathroom smelt like damp mold. It was very clear that the room had not been cleaned well as everywhere had a build up of dirty and mold in tile cracks. We tried to over look this as it’s our first holiday as a new family and didn’t want this to spoil our week. On day two we had our room cleaned and when we entered the room we were welcomed by an awful smell! The maids has appeared to mop the floor was water that was filthy and clearly had not been changed between rooms! The smell was so bad I politely spoke to reception who called back the maids ! We had the room mopped again which I felt awful about and it was once again cleaned with dirty water! I cannot fault the food it is amazing and the resort in its self is lovely with the pools and bars etc, it is however the accommodation that lets it down! I could look past the rooms being basic and I’d say more of a 3 star at a push however, having to stay in a room that is clearly filthy is not what you expect from what should be a lovely holiday at a 4 star plus resort. Really disappointed as I’ve been to other Tui magic life hotels and they’ve been nothing but incredible.

We have just returned from a weeks stay, four adults and two children. We were pleased to find out when we arrived we had been upgraded from a one bed apartment to a two bedroom apartment so that was a nice surprise. The rooms were very clean, the resort was lovely and green and well kept. I was extremely impressed with the restaurant, although it was the busiest time of year it never felt crowded, there was a brilliant choice of food, always different fresh fish and meat to choose from. The desserts were really delicious and impressive. The children's entertainment staff did a fantastic job, our children aged 3 and 5 loved the mini disco's every night and my 5 year old daughter enjoyed the kids club so much she kept asking to go back. They received a letter on our doorstep from the kids entertainers the morning we left which was such a special touch. Having the beach right outside the hotel was ideal and we enjoyed many drinks at the beach bar there. We caught the ferry to Santa Eulària from the beach one day which was easy to do with little ones as so close to the hotel. We would definitely return!

Like others, I read the reviews before travelling and was concerned about going to this resort. On the whole we were really happy with the accommodation, the restaurants, pool & activities and evening entertainment. The start of our holiday didn’t start well as we arrived at 2am and tired. The main reception is basic & the receptionist gave us our key cards, towel cards, a map of the resort & told us we could find our room in block 18. We were then left to our own devices to find block 18 and weave in out of the paths to locate this building. There is also 2 x buildings labelled 18. It would have been nice to have someone show us to our room & as we hadn’t found the main path. *We were also charged for tourist tax and a surcharge as my Husband picked a room on the app before arrival. (Roughly €115 for room €30 tourist tax.) Food - The food is the main restaurant is good. There is a good varied choice & various diet choices are available. Every night there is some kind of roast, including pork ribs, a pizza & pasta area, salad bar, fish & pork options are usually always available, wide choice of vegetable options including vegan options. So many dessert options. Breakfast they have a omelette chef, English & continental breakfasts, pastries, smoothies & fruit etc. We preferred this restaurant at lunch time as fresher healthier and more options. The pool restaurant is ok. Usually has chips and either tacos, burgers, donner meat, fajitas options. With a salad bar, cheese & hams, and another cooked area with potato’s, pasta, fish pork or chicken. Only ice cream in tubs for desserts. Crepe station was open daily. The kids loved this. The coffee hut was good and remembers my husband’s order. All the bars were great and we loved the refill stations. Remember to bring a water bottle to refill. Pools - these were good. Lovely temperature. Someone complained about the floor being rough. We took pool shoes but only my son needed them. He did get cuts on her feet & his feet were sore. He was in the pool allay & doesnt have rough skin. Everyone else was fine. Entertainment was ok. We don’t really enjoy these holiday entertainment values but the guys did there best. The same team did different routines most nights. I loved the silent disco & the foam pool party. The hippy market is very Wednesday & a 5 min taxi or 20 min walk. It’s hot & busy so make sure you pick a good time for you.

We stayed at Tui Magic Life Cala Pada in July 2024. Overall we had a good holiday but it left a lot of room for improvement on Tui’s behalf. Pros- Good size room for big families Good location/ es canar walkable Shop and laundrette (expensive though) Range of drinks on AI Nice looking hotel Drink stations everywhere including water tap places to leave dirty cups-clean hotel Mini disco - varies most nights although starts late Beach access walkable Bus stop outside (to Santa eulilia and Ibiza) Downtown restaurant very good Catered for GF Loads of sunbeds and no rush for them Fresh beach towels daily if you want (although the hut isn’t open all day) Cons- Food was very mediocre. Every so often a really good meal but most nights struggled. Salad bar needs massively improving as does the kids section. Kids clubs mainly german (the adults do speak English. I just think we were unlucky and my kids struggled to make friends so didn’t want to go) The main pool is small for the size of the hotel. It’s very crowded. Room not cleaned properly daily Sun beds on beach are chargeable Beach bar only open for a short time each day No ‘water sports’ on beach as advertised other than pedalo Lack of activities available for younger children outside of kids club (and none unless you have trainers) No tea and coffee in room. Bottle of water on arrival but not replaced during 2 weeks Inside restaurant very tired and boring. No effort for evening meal Evening entertainment area too small for amount of guests. Lots of time nowhere to sit. Regarding location and Ibiza itself, absolutely beautiful! This hotel is on a lovely ***** of beach which is scattered with locally owned restaurants looking out to the sea. We always stay at 4* hotels and this was the most expensive yet the least value for money. I feel it is a 3*. Not at all any fault of the hotel or staff but I think a fault of tui advertising what they’re not providing and charging way too much for it. Unfortunately we’ve been left disappointed in Tui.

Let me start by saying the staff in this hotel are incredible. There are positive vibes all around. Standout people are Jose from the front desk, who came to our rescue when Tui cancelled my holiday, Manuel at Magico for his fantastic energy, Vanessa from Entertainment for her creativity and talent, all the kids club crew especially Sonja, Melina, and Sarah. Special thanks to Luana & Roberto for being the best tennis teachers. **Good Points:** **Cleanliness:** - The whole resort was clean and tidy! A big effort was made to keep it that way. - Toilets are always clean around the resort. **Facilities:** - Swimming lessons with Sharky onsite - a great experience for my daughter. - Playground was great as it was covered. - Pool with slides was covered and great for our 4-year-old. - Plenty of opportunities to have photos taken. - The snack bar by the pool was decent and had plenty of choices for lunchtime. - Massage from Vanessa was great, would recommend! **Food and Drinks:** - Roast meat every night is perfectly cooked. - Huge choice of food - vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options too. - Coffee at Wunderbar is good. - Cocktails are great, especially the lemonijtos every night. - The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was extensive with lots of choices. They have special themed nights like Spanish night and Gala night where they make a special effort to make it extra nice for everyone. They have a lower down station for kids. Jelly every day was a big hit. **Activities and Entertainment:** - Tennis lessons are great fun every day, with private lessons only 30 euros for 50 minutes. There was a great range of lessons from beginners to advanced. - The app was great for booking lessons and sports courts. - Kids club and staff are super organized and great fun for my 4-year-old. Our child went to the kids club every day except Mondays as it was closed. It is open most days from 10-13 and 15.30-18.30. They did painting and games and had special breakfasts with Mymo, the hotel mascot. - Most evening acts are good or fun. - Children’s disco every night is great and includes a nice wind-down at the end. - One night the kids all did a show, my daughter loved it, more of that would be great. **Beach and Bars:** - The beach was nice but not in the resort. - Went to the bar at the end some nights which was lovely. Shame there isn’t a bar down there from the hotel. **Bad Points:** **Room and Accommodation:** - No coffee in the room, I need coffee when I wake up. - Rooms smell like must and mold. - Beeping at night - from our room in block 23, room 404, you can hear a constant beeping noise at night from the back street. - Reception area smells like rotten eggs, probably from a sewage issue. **Food and Drinks:** - No bar at the theatre in the evening, you have to bring your drinks from Wunderbar with you. - Only drink machine available after 5 is at Wunderbar, which is over a ten-minute walk to most rooms. - No salty snacks between lunch and dinner.

Returned yesterday from a 7 night stay, the hotel is fantastic! On arrival the reception staff are brilliant, quick and easy check in, they gave my little boy some pencils and little colouring book, straight to us offering us a drink The hotel layout is very daunting on first view however we got our bearings after day 1, it is a large complex so if you do not enjoy a walk this is not the place to go. The food is exceptional for an all inclusive, so much choice and brilliant quality! Gluten free and vegan options available! The freshly cooked meats and fish were absolutely lovely! Big shout out to the guy on the pizza's they were so good and he was constantly replenishing. We found the dining hall to be a little chaotic at times but thats expected at a big hotel, the area near the pizza and pasta was much calmer to sit and eat The drinks are also good for an AI, cocktails are really nice and freshly made, take your own cups / bottles as lots of self serve areas but the cups provided are small. The coffee bar with crepes was a big hit for us! Lovely coffee and freshly made crepes in the afternoon. The grounds are kept immaculate, no rubbish anywhere, beautiful flowers and just generally very well kept. Rooms were fab! Spacious and ticked every box for us. Good air con, comfy beds, clean, good facilities with fridge, microwave and toaster. Loved the separate bedrooms, much easier when travelling with children. The pool areas were great! I saw some people saying there were cut feet from the pools, we took water shoes but they were not needed at all. Sunbeds not an issue at any time of day, unless you want to be right poolside. Pool restaurant for us was not great, that’s the only let down for us, I didn’t feel it was the same quality of food as the main restaurant so we just ate there instead for lunch. Bit of a pain when just wanting a bite to eat when poolside, it’s quite a walk but that is literally my only downside. Beach is stunning, there is a gorgeous swing on the path heading to the left. We didn’t pay for sunbeds so unsure of the prices, we just kept to the sand near the guy with the pedalos. Lovely man, we hired one for an hour, €20 and worth every euro. Please keep an eye out for jellyfish, there were loads when we were out on the pedalo and saw a few wash up onto the shore when we were on the beach. We hired a car for a few days from Europcar which is just a 5 min walk from the hotel, very good price and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. No car park at hotel but plenty of roadside parking down the side of the hotel. I also really liked the fact the entertainment team kept everyone informed of the activities going on however were NOT pushy in the slightest! No pestering to get involved etc…. Cannot comment on any of the activities or nighttime entertainment as neither are our thing anyway so we didn’t get involved or watch anything. All staff were really lovely and friendly! A please and thank you go along way Al
