I made a reservation on their website and they asked me for a guarantee card. I received two emails to make the payment for the stay in advance, call the hotel to confirm if it was necessary and if they had not already charged me. I had to make the payment through the CaixaBank platform. But what was our surprise when, after notifying that we would arrive late on the day of arrival, we showed up at the hotel, and they told us that our reservation was canceled due to non-payment. We told the person who attended us if there was no room, he told us no. We checked in the bank application that the amount had been charged to us and we were shown. I call the woman who had left the note that we had not paid and we were able to talk to her. He told us we would fix it in the morning and gave us a room. The next day we were able to clarify it, confirming that it had been an administration error and they very kindly apologized, but it was a rather unpleasant situation on the day of arrival that they could have managed in another way, either by calling or giving a solution upon our arrival. a NO, when we had not only paid in advance, but also given a card as a guarantee. Hence my discontent. The facilities are practical and clean. Full breakfast.

We reserved several rooms for the same company and we were all very satisfied by its pleasant and quiet environment, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and the good treatment of the service, with special mention to Rashida at the reception who managed all the reservations. Totally recommended.

Zeer mooi hotel maar daar blijft het ook bij. Onvriendelijk personeel, hotel manager kan niet lachen en begroet geen nieuwe hotel gasten. Om in de bar iets te drinken te krijgen moet je zeer geduldig zijn. Ook al maak je oogcontact je word straal genegeerd.
