This place is a treasure! We stayed 5 nights. The rooms are lovely, the place is immaculate. The bathrooms are star of the art. Ample parking. Located in a nice neighborhood. The pool is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The owner is attentive and respectful. She noted what we enjoyed at breakfast and replenished generously. There is a full kitchen at the guest’s disposal and a large dining area. Highly recommend!

Relax e coccole sono le parole d'ordine per il nostro soggiorno! Ogni giorno dolci fatti in casa sempre diversi, camere, bagni e spazi comuni sempre pulitissimi, con cambio asciugamani e un'incredibile attenzione ai dettagli e ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti, anche dei più piccoli! La piscina a sfioro poi meravigliosa, ci ha permesso di concederci un po' di sano relax. La cortesia dei coniugi Ciarpella e la loro premura sono encomiabili! Ci siamo sentiti a casa! Lo consigliamo davvero a tutti coloro che vogliano vivere giorni di relax e spensieratezza immersi nelle verdi colline marchigiane!

Struttura incredibile con piscina a raso sulle colline marchigiane. Relax allo stato pure in mezzo ai campi di girasole e ulivi: stra-consigliato per chi cerca un momento di pace. A circa 15 minuti dal mare e 45 dalla montagna (appennini). La famiglia Ciarpella è stata super accogliente e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Mi sono sentito a casa
