This hotel is not 3*plus. It's probably 2.5* at best. The hotel was built in 1980 and it doesn't look like much has been done since. We requested vegan options for 3 of our party size of 10 in advance. We were told everything was available, but it wasn't. When asking at reception for help, WE were told to speak to the restaurant manager!! Really?! Using our fluent Spanish? To be fair after a couple of days, they came good on some food options and we appreciated their effort, but we lost 2/7 days for 3 people food wise. No AC in reception. A couple of units in the eating area, but didn't do much. I don't like sweating eating a salad, but I did. The AC in our 3 rooms did not work. Set to max fan and 10F, we got a small flow of ambient air, probably 30C or so. The kids didn't sleep, we didn't sleep, we all came back worse than we went in terms of how relaxed we felt. Rats at the snack bar when boxes were moved, lack of hygiene by the person serving (wiping his sweating brow on his hands then picking up food). Boxes of rubbish left around, loose flooring, missing tiles, missing vents. Some very dangerous to young/small feet. Drinks weren't very good, only the machine awful cocktails included. This place is just so run down. Doors in the room punched in, leaking showers, leaking fridges. See my photos for a good feel of the place. It could be so much better, but in the words of the Jet2 rep, the hotel owner doesn't like spending money. Jet2 have let us down badly and are providing poor customer service, so I'd avoid them at all costs. You think you will have a big name behind you if something goes wrong. but the rep was only there a couple of days and more bothered about getting you to sort when back home. Please spend your money elsewhere, this hotel and Jet2holidays are simply not worth it. If this is all you can afford, stay at home somewhere, you'll have a better time. We sure wish we did.

We arrived early and our room was ready. However the view was lacking, looking out onto derelict land and a car park. It also smaller really bad. We asked to move and we’re lucky and we’re moved to a sea view. The staff are quite helpful especially the entertainment and cleaning services. The entertainment team helped make our break fantastic and looked after the kids real well. The bar staff weren’t as helpful and the area around the pool was very dirty with lots of rubbish, which was a real shame. The main buffet selections were good but the snacks became repetitive quickly. The drinks are rather limited and cocktails cost extra. The rooms are quite nice but are showing some age. If we’d have stayed at the rear apartment for the entire week then this would be a 2 star review, as there was a loud cockerel that crowed every morning at 5:30am there. The reception staff are also really helpful. Overall, it’s a good family getaway, but being honest, this is a 3 star hotel and therefore gets a 3 star review. Lots of little improvements could make this better. The beach nearby is very small and gets crowded easily but lots of walks are available if you want to explore. Also, UBER runs here and exploring the island is easy!

We have just came back from a big family holiday (11 of us 3 kids 6, 8 & 15) The hotel was lovely and clean but we did find ants on the first day but they came and sorted it quickly, the hotel is absolutely brilliant for kids but they do need swim shoes! The gym is brilliant but it’s like a glass box and faces the pool very good air con in there though. The Wi-Fi is terrible The food is fine lots of choices but very cold the snack bar is good but the chef is very slow! There is nothing much around 2/3 restaurants a few little shops but that’s it, there is a good bus service and very cheap, me & my husband walked to the caves it was €14 each they was good a little bit claustrophobic but worth doing. The beach is amazing 2 minute walk away lots of fish so bring your snorkel.

Brilliant for kids and nice adult only pool which was shaded during parts of the day and cold. Hotel clean, staff helpful and friendly but food only passable. We were all inclusive but ate out 4 of the 7 nights. The food was same or similar every day with something mixed in from the day before to use it up. Not the hotel for adults only but brilliant for families

Came here with family which included a 4 year old... Room was very spacious and clean. Food was great... Only downside was flies in restaurant but we know that's difficult to control. Our 4 year old grandson loved the pool and he never had a smile off his face all week. He enjoyed the football with Jonathan and was made to feel part of it all even though he was younger than the others playing. Jonathan always making sure he got to kick the ball as other lads were quite competitive. Staff in restaurant always happy and friendly as we're the cleaners who came and sorted the rooms in a morning. Food very nice, something for everyone so you definitely won't go hungry. Lads on pool bar could do to smile a bit more. Irvina on reception was fast and efficient checking us in. ( sorry if I spelt name wrong) Definitely recommended. And would come again.

We were an older family of four with two 18 year-old lads. Good - Beautiful location - Beach a stone’s throw away (charge for sunbeds) with clear, turquoise sea - Trails to walk with stunning views - Studio apartment kept exceptionally kept exceptionally clean by friendly cleaners - towels changed daily - balcony a good size with double doors from living room and bedroom - huge clothes maidens on the balcony to dry your wet clothes were well used by everyone - aircon - Bus service to local town of St Miguel, Ibiza town, hippy market at es Cana and San Antonio - very reasonably priced too - Local town a few minutes away on the bus: traditional Spanish/Ibizan pub teaming with colourful locals, superb restaurants (Pizza Brothers, Thai restaurant were exceptional), pharmacy, cute church, tabac and fabulous views over the area. Well worth a visit. - Some good activities to join in at the hotel if you wanted to (water polo, volleyball, aqua stuff, etc) and lots to entertain the little ones - Adult pool was peaceful General - Definitely geared to young families but as it was out of season we was not expecting the amount of children that were there. You would have been forgiven for thinking it was mid-August - Three pools to choose from: quiet adult, small toddler activity and general pool - Few local bars if you wanted ‘proper’ drinks whilst taking in the seaview, although some of the servers at the beach bar across the road were clearly in the wrong job - abrupt and unfriendly is an understatement (one lady in particular) - Usual supermarkets and shops bursting with ‘Ibiza’ themed tat - Irish bar next to hotel run by the friendliest family with evening entertainment and Sky TV sports Bad (mainly hotel) - Wifi - practically non-existent - You expect weak drinks on all-inclusive, but not to the extent that these were watered down - Restaurant: food was lukewarm at best with all dishes on hot food section uncovered, salads and bread sections attracting flies, gnats, etc, very samey-samey and again mostly geared to young children (nuggets, pizzas, etc), vegetables and fish dishes were dry - in short very uninspiring and some dishes were just tasteless. Incredibly disappointing when you’re on all-inclusive. Only hot food were pasta and omelettes which were cooked to order. - Flies - they were everywhere (around food, bins not emptied, dirty tables near pool bar) which was at odds with the very clean resort on the whole - Evening entertainment - abysmal to say the least and exceptionally loud. Painful Would we go back? No.

We chose this hotel because of its location, we were here for three nights and the only thing we enjoyed was the ability to walk to the beach in a few minutes - that’s about it. It seems to cater for the lower end all inclusive holiday market, we didn’t take this option of all inclusive. Entertainment every day and evening was loud and kids pool was crowded, we did not use either adult (quieter) or kids pools as the beach was lovely. Staff service at reception was mainly unfriendly and ungrateful, never apologised for issues we had with our rooms, this included the director…exception was a very friendly helpful lady whose name I think was Adriana from Hungary, she was an asset to the team. Rooms look good but the walls are paper thin and you hear everything through them. You need a car as there is a lot of beaches to explore nearby. There are a few restaurants nearby, the best was the Chiringuito Pascual (see my separate review).

We have been going to this resort for over 20 years for plenty of reasons (cleanliness of the rooms / public areas / swimming pools / W.C.'s / restaurant), the staff are warm and welcoming. The location and the beach is fabulous, there is a shop on the beach which stocks all sorts of items (food / drinks / gifts / beach items / clothes etc). once again the staff are welcoming. The all inclusive is good value for money and the choice in the restaurant is varied, fresh and delicious. There is a fabulous restaurant called Port Balansat which must be visited ! We'll definitely be going back !
