Top notch all inclusive resort for both adults and families. We stayed with the family section in a Junior Suite with large terrace and we’re so glad we booked the extra space. We had our own extensive terrace area which was safe, secure and perfect for our two year old to run around and play. It also meant we were able to sit out on the terrace once baby was down and could easily hop over to grab drinks from the bar! The pools were a little chilly but expected for that time of year. It didn’t stop is getting in. The hotel was immaculate and the room had loads of space and storage. The staff were incredibly helpful and the baby club was brilliant. Brand new facility and lots to play with. We put our 2 year old in for a two hour slot and they loved it! It was great to have a couple of hours to ourselves knowing that our baby was happy and safe. They also do a stay and play so if you’re wondering, then you can go yourself with your baby and check it out. The food was great, the chefs and waiting staff did a great job of providing variation each day and keeping the place clean. Top quality drinks and cocktails a plenty! Having a coffee shop on site was also a massive bonus. Great coffee and pastries. We managed to get to the adult section on one of the days whilst baby was in baby club. It was very chic, well designed and lovely pool. Just lacked a bit of atmosphere for us but I guess we weren’t looking for peace and serenity. If you are then it’ll definitely tick all of the boxes. We both had massages at the spa which were very relaxing, highly recommend. Entertainment was great for kids and adults. Lots of fun and hats off to the entertainment staff. Musicals night was fantastic! All in all, not a thing we’d change and would highly recommend!

My wife and I are leaving today after a great 8 nights at this lovely resort. We stayed in the adults only section with a swim out room (Room 158). We’ve had a lovely time and would love to return. Due to the time of year and it being very early in the season there were some days of bad weather but we made the most of these and went on trips. The location of the hotel is very good and nearby bus routes (to Palma or Porto Cristo) and a supermarket. We made great use of the free facilities at the spa - these include a huge hydrotherapy suite and different types of sauna. Staying for 8 nights meant we could book 3 visits to the speciality restaurants which we booked on our first day having looked at the app before we arrived to decide which days we would prefer to eat in the specialities. We would advise booking as early as possible if you prefer a particular time. We ate in the Italian twice and in the Indian restaurant once. Both were very nice. The buffet has a theme night each day which you can view in the app. I can’t stress this enough - the desserts in the adults only buffet are amazing - 10/10! We’ve travelled a lot and the desserts in All Inclusive hotels often miss the mark, but these are something else! The adults only area is great and is quite unique compared to other resorts we have stayed at. It’s all very modern and new which was great. The swim up pool was heated and warm enough to use everyday. The pool is shared between 4 rooms - we had great neighbours which made the pool even better. The deck got the sun until about 4.30pm but there was always the option of going down to the adults pool if you wanted to sunbathe for even longer. There is a good schedule of entertainment with a quiz each night. Shout out to Andrea from the bar team who always gave exceptional service with a smile. The presence of the hotel manager is very unique to this hotel and is something which made our holiday even more special knowing that management really wanted us to have a good time. His familiarity with the guests is great and shows how caring this place is which makes us want to return.

The previous reviews sum up the hotel perfectly. It really is as good as people say My wife and I had a swim up suite in the family area of the hotel. Room was clean spacious and had nice touches such as the mini bar stocked daily with pop and water Food was fresh and delicious at all serving and the themed evening meals were a good idea A lot of hotel reviews always seem to single out individual staff members as being ‘more attentive’, however at this hotel I couldn’t as every single staff member is so friendly, wants to help and do all they can to make your stay special All in all a brilliant holiday experience and I would definitely return

We’ve just got back from this lovely hotel and definitely weren’t ready to leave!! The food in the main restaurant is great and lots of choice. The staff are also super friendly. We had a junior suite with sliding doors and it was really spacious, had two balconies and was very clean. The mini fridge in the room is replenished every day with branded soft drinks and water. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. You can use some of the facilities at a neighbouring hotel such as tennis courts. There’s also a spa that you can use once a day and a good sized gym. Our kids (3 and 7) loved the children’s evening entertainment. Sa Coma is a nice resort with a great beach. The water stays quite shallow until you’re further out and is beautifully clear. The hotel is in a fairly quiet part of town which we liked but is close to shops/restaurants and is very walkable. We got the little land train to Cala Millor one morning and then walked back. There are free bikes to use outside the hotel and a great cycle path which takes you all round the coast. Overall, a fabulous hotel and we would definitely return.

Here is a quick overview of this hotel, the rooms , the staff , and the all inclusive drinks are what you would expect from a five star hotel. We are here on our first day and have to say the food in the buffet restaurant in the adult area is really poor. The food was not replenished, the fries are in a tray without heating which means cold food, the pizza area was left almost empty and food trays were left empty for at least 30 minutes. Had way better 3 and four star buffet food elsewhere. Not great TUI, in fact the food is no where near five star.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We used both the kids club and the baby club for our 8 year old and 2 year old. Both were fantastic with great staff. It felt like a very safe and secure place with electronic sign in and out facility with photo. Special mention to Ioanna and Essi at the baby club who were fantastic with our little girl and we really appreciated their care and professionalism when looking after her and helping her to settle at the club. Baby club has a charge per session which we found to be very reasonable. Wide range of excellent food at the buffet; 4 a la carte restaurants also good- especially the Indian restaurant. We used the free bike hire- they had bikes with baby seats too. Also enjoyed the free spa facilities and gym. Fitness classes held at the adult only area were also excellent. The entertainment was of a really high standard with engaging kids evening entertainment and superb music at the piano bar. We were frequent users of the coffee shop and their delicious sweet treats. The water was a little cold but ok to swim - we used a baby warm suit for the little one which worked well and she loved the splash area. An all-round wonderful stay.

Fantastic Hotel Amazing staff from entertainment team, bar staff , restaurant to cleaning staff couldn’t fault anyone in the hotel , we stayed in adults only and it was fantastic , only fault I could say is pools are freezing would be great if they could be heated! The entertainment team are brilliant and work so hard the singing and dancing from them was just brilliant! Bar staff are best I’ve ever seen in a hotel they couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful! Food was great plenty of choice! The hotel really is amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and i will return !

Food fantastic to suit all even separate gluten free section. Drinks all good! Fantastic kids entertainment and pool for those in family section. Immaculately clean, so welcoming and friendly have already booked to come back and am still here! Love it

We had a fabulous time at the Tui Sensatori Biomar this time round. We have visited previously and had a few issues but this time, it was great and you could team both the hotel team and the Tui team had worked hard to get everything up and running to a high standard from the day the hotel opened for the season. The housekeeping and grounds team had their work cut out due to high winds, and kept places looking clean and well looked after. The Tui entertainment staff were great in general and particular mentions to Tomeau in the restaurant and Saleh at the bar who both go above and beyond. Thea's coffee bar was immaculate with great coffee and snacks and everywhere was really allergen aware which gave real peace of mind. Well done to the whole team!
