Great hotel , very clean and the swim ups where great with heated pools. Main pool was cold not sure if it was the time of year. Food was good and the al cart restaurant had different themes every day Disappointed in 1) we booked this hotel for my 50th and was my birthday on one of the days while we was there I informed TUI on the app under special requests. The hotel also need my date of birth. Birthday came was expecting a little something from the hotel but nothing. 2) entertainment was ok on the last night when we found it. The board that shows information wasn’t very good so didn’t know what shows where on n times . Hotel would be better with an app like other hotels we have stayed in. 3) when sitting outside by the piano bar bar no of the waiters every came to us. They only did inside

This is my second stay at this hotel and I have booked again for next year. We stayed in the adults only area. The hotel is so clean and the staff are so friendly. The Indian a la carte restaurant is a must. We had a lovely time there, and the waiter Juan was exceptional! I can't fault this hotel at all. The hotel is all-inclusive, and cocktails are included, although the porn star martini is not on the menu, but if you ask, they will do it. Free cabana beds. Free beach towels to use, iron, and ironing board in your room. Free toiletries in the room and slippers and dressing gowns. I am looking forward to my third visit next year. You always see the manager walking around, which is nice to see. We were spoilt for choice with evening entertainment. Would definitely recommend it. Honestly, you need to go there and experience it. You will not be disappointed.

An excellent, chilled, classy stay. Myself and my partner arrived at another TUI ‘4 star Platinum’ hotel (certainly wasn’t!) and after 30 hours moved hotels to this one and WOW we were blown away. I’m sure I will forget things in this review, but everything was perfect. We are a childless couple in our 30’s and wanted adults only - whilst this hotel is not that, the adults only areas are certainly what we look for. Amazing pools, brilliant bars, no children in ear or eyeshot. There are plenty of sunbeds and no fighting at all. We arrived at the pool at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm… always a number of spare beds in twos. The buffet and a la carte restaurants were perfect. We stayed for 9 nights and could chose 3 a la carte included in the stay. We hired bikes for free twice, always plenty available. We used the driving range across the road twice, for free. We did a few classes on the aqua boards (in the children’s pool but such good fun!). We stayed in the family side in a junior suite as there were no spaces in the adults only side and honestly, it was great. So quiet and chilled, it still felt adults only and we just passed families and children in the stairwell and lift area. The area is great. Very close to a few shops / bars / cafes and the beach is a 10 min cycle away, maybe 20 minute walk. I’d definitely recommend hiring a bike and cycling to the seafront for the various cafes they have. We didn’t actually use the beach or go in the sea but it looked nice. The evening entertainment was great. We chose to stay adults only side and the singers / bands were brilliant. It sounded like the family side was also fun as we walked back to our room. The minibar was topped with fizzy drinks and water each day. Cleaners were perfect. All staff are so friendly and speak excellent English. The free coffee shop on site is delicious. This hotel is pricey but my goodness is it worth it. Aside from buying a few drinks in the nearby town, we didn’t spend a penny. We couldn’t find a fault for looking. We have never not gone adults only before but this was perfect. A great holiday with no complaints at all.
