Great AI hotel in an ideal location, a short walk from the beach in Sa Coma. Room comfort excellent and in the quieter adults area of the large complex. Food and drink quality was outstanding, with lots of choice. Food and drinks were available at all times of day. Lots of activities, with cycle hire included All the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

We stayed in adult only section and this was our second time here. We love it. Food is fantastic, staff super helpful and hotel is exceptionally clean. Drinks are fantastic and if you want a cocktail not on menu just ask, they will make pretty much whatever you want. I’ve not stayed in many all inclusives but I can’t imagine it being better than this. Entertainment was perfect for us as we don’t like anything overbearing (didn’t enjoy the comedian on Tuesdays but I’m sure others loved him). Some free bikes out front or bikes for €10 refundable deposit at clubhouse. Can’t comment too much on family side but the pool was very warm (heated) and there’s a nice little coffee shop and other restaurants. My only incredibly picky comment would be the spa pool is a little tired but I imagine they will update it. The gym however is fab and they have updated machinery even since last year. We no doubt will book again for next year! Very sad to be going back to regular life! The staff work incredibly hard here, they are clearly trained very well.

An absolutely awful experience, I wish we had never visited this hotel. The family part of this hotel was filthy. The pool areas were not cleaned during our stay and there were ants crawling on the floor where drinks had previously been spilt. We witnessed bar staff throwing remnant's of drinks, with fruit slices in them into the nearby bushes. B block was filthy with bird faeces on the communal hall areas remaining throughout our time here. Our first room smelt like sewage and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It took a while to get this sorted and another room. The inter-joining room door was left unlocked and allowed guests next door access to our room. On day 3 our daughter got food poisoning/picked something up from the hotel and she has never been so poorly in her life. We ended up in hospital twice during our week's stay and her illness continued long after we returned. TUI are hiding the issues with this hotel and we have yet to have our complaint resolved (Feb 2025). We witnessed another child vomiting outside of our block and it is clear that this hotel needed a deep clean! I am shocked that TUI were aware of the illness spreading around the hotel and that it was clearly still affecting guests in August. I am disgusted by the Customer Service at TUI. TUI's Complaints and Legal Department make it extremely hard to contact anyone and are doing their best to deny responsibility for the issues at this hotel and the illness that was clearly spreading around making their guests extremely ill.

We have just finished a weeks stay with our two girls aged 1 & 2.5, everything has been absolutely perfect. Starting with the room. We had a junior suite and this was perfect for us. We had a single bed and cot in the living area with a balcony and then double bed in the other room. The two balconies were really handy for nights when the girls went to bed early we could enjoy a few drinks on our balcony without waking them. The bathroom was amazing with a huge bath and walk in shower which again was so handy for the girls. The rooms were always cleaned with fresh towels and a stocked up mini fridge. The pool areas again couldn’t fault them a small toddler pool with water fountains and a slide was perfect depth for our young children to play and we really enjoyed the days when the tui reps would bring out toys to the toddler pool for the children to play with. It also has a really good shaded area which was really helpful for the warmer afternoons. The food, we specifically picked this hotel for the ala cartes as usually never find a buffet that good. That being said we actually ended up only booking 1 ala carte as the food was so good and was much easier with young children being hungry at opening time of 6:30. The staff were brilliant in there always greeted with a hello and always clearing the tables and the mess our children often made. Our only reservation to this was that the majority of high chair straps where either missing or not working and having a 1 year old that loves to climb out was hard work. This being said it didn’t impact us enjoying our meal times. The whole hotel had lots of facilities and we also spent some time making use of the on site coffee shop which served brilliant coffee and cakes . The only downfall was the gym, most of the equipment was broken or rusty so wasn’t able to make use of that. We have all really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel for young families.

We spent nearly £10,000 on a two-week family holiday at the TUI Sensatori Biomar, expecting a luxurious, well-rounded experience for all ages. What we actually experienced was a resort divided — not in atmosphere or tone, but in access. TUI markets this resort with: • 6 pools • 7 restaurants • 6 bars • A “huge spa” But for families with children under 16, the reality is very different: • Only 2 pools are accessible — both overcrowded, noisy, and overlooked by balconies • 2 restaurants, including a buffet, are adults-only • Several bars are in the adults-only area and completely off-limits • The spa, one of the resort’s headline features, is entirely inaccessible to families — despite the vague wording “not suitable for under 16s” online. This actually means “not permitted” Photos on TUI’s site and booking platforms show tranquil loungers, quiet poolside luxury, and serene spaces — all of which are in the adults-only zone. Families are crammed into a noisy, overstretched area that looks nothing like the advertised imagery. We raised our concerns multiple times. The reps were kind but powerless. We were denied escalation to any manager beyond the resort team and offered a £150 voucher, which is frankly insulting given the £10,000 spend and complete mismatch between expectations and reality. This is not just a case of facilities being busy or unavailable — it is a fundamental misrepresentation of what families can expect from this resort. If you are booking as a family: please ask yourself if you’d be happy with limited access to key features, no spa, and the feeling of being second-tier guests in an environment you paid top-tier money for. We are incredibly disappointed and currently pursuing a full complaint with TUI.

Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly as Advertised We are currently staying here and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing, especially as we booked this resort based on its family-friendly advertising. Despite being promoted as ideal for families, most of the resort’s luxury and quieter areas are adults only, leaving families confined to two small, overcrowded pools. These pools are also used for loud and disruptive adult-only activities such as water polo and aqua classes led by two reps who constantly blast music and shout through microphones, making it impossible to relax or enjoy any peace. One pool was also shut off at times making one small pool ridiculously busy so we left…. The family restaurant is particularly poor. The food quality is well below expectations…bland, repetitive, and lacking even the most basic standards. It feels more like a cafeteria than a resort dining experience. The Gala night is ok but then you find toy re served the left overs for lunch covered in sauces which are inedible. Several basic amenities are also either broken or neglected. The lift in our block hasn’t been working properly, resulting in wait times of up to 10 minutes just to get downstairs, an inconvenience that’s especially difficult when travelling with young children. The lamp in our room doesn’t work, and the lifeguard…when present is either far away from the pool, on his phone, or even asleep, which raises serious safety concerns. Families are not valued here as this is basically mostly an adult only hotel! This is not the standard we expected, and certainly not what was advertised. It’s overcrowded, noisy, and clearly geared more towards adult guests than families. We booked expecting an inclusive, family-friendly experience and were met with the opposite. Very disappointing, and we wouldn’t return or recommend this resort to families. When you complain they acknowledge the misrepresentation & say will change the marketing material in the future but they can not do anything about your ruined 2 week holidays…. Truly shocking!
