We stayed in adult only section and this was our second time here. We love it. Food is fantastic, staff super helpful and hotel is exceptionally clean. Drinks are fantastic and if you want a cocktail not on menu just ask, they will make pretty much whatever you want. I’ve not stayed in many all inclusives but I can’t imagine it being better than this. Entertainment was perfect for us as we don’t like anything overbearing (didn’t enjoy the comedian on Tuesdays but I’m sure others loved him). Some free bikes out front or bikes for €10 refundable deposit at clubhouse. Can’t comment too much on family side but the pool was very warm (heated) and there’s a nice little coffee shop and other restaurants. My only incredibly picky comment would be the spa pool is a little tired but I imagine they will update it. The gym however is fab and they have updated machinery even since last year. We no doubt will book again for next year! Very sad to be going back to regular life! The staff work incredibly hard here, they are clearly trained very well.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I have booked again for next year. We stayed in the adults only area. The hotel is so clean and the staff are so friendly. The Indian a la carte restaurant is a must. We had a lovely time there, and the waiter Juan was exceptional! I can't fault this hotel at all. The hotel is all-inclusive, and cocktails are included, although the porn star martini is not on the menu, but if you ask, they will do it. Free cabana beds. Free beach towels to use, iron, and ironing board in your room. Free toiletries in the room and slippers and dressing gowns. I am looking forward to my third visit next year. You always see the manager walking around, which is nice to see. We were spoilt for choice with evening entertainment. Would definitely recommend it. Honestly, you need to go there and experience it. You will not be disappointed.

An absolutely awful experience, I wish we had never visited this hotel. The family part of this hotel was filthy. The pool areas were not cleaned during our stay and there were ants crawling on the floor where drinks had previously been spilt. We witnessed bar staff throwing remnant's of drinks, with fruit slices in them into the nearby bushes. B block was filthy with bird faeces on the communal hall areas remaining throughout our time here. Our first room smelt like sewage and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It took a while to get this sorted and another room. The inter-joining room door was left unlocked and allowed guests next door access to our room. On day 3 our daughter got food poisoning/picked something up from the hotel and she has never been so poorly in her life. We ended up in hospital twice during our week's stay and her illness continued long after we returned. TUI are hiding the issues with this hotel and we have yet to have our complaint resolved (Feb 2025). We witnessed another child vomiting outside of our block and it is clear that this hotel needed a deep clean! I am shocked that TUI were aware of the illness spreading around the hotel and that it was clearly still affecting guests in August. I am disgusted by the Customer Service at TUI. TUI's Complaints and Legal Department make it extremely hard to contact anyone and are doing their best to deny responsibility for the issues at this hotel and the illness that was clearly spreading around making their guests extremely ill.

We are on our last night here of a 14 day stay at the resort and wanted to give some feedback. This is our second time here at the Biomar. We came 3 years ago with our 3 year old and knew right away after that holiday that we would be back. We are so glad that we booked Biomar again this time round with our now 11 month in tow too. The one factor that always stands out is how incredibly hard every staff member works. From ground staff to bar staff, restaurant staff to housekeeping, reception to management. Every single person here works so very hard. Management should be very proud of their staff and staff should feel proud too of the wonderful environment they have created. We ate exclusively at the Altier family buffet - my 6 year old refused to eat any where else as she loved the kids area to self serve her own dinner. We sat in every area of that restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and to name only one or two staff would be a disservice to the whole team. Everyone in that restaurant was amazing. The chefs, the waiters and the staff helping to keep the counters clean and refreshed. All were incredible and made every meal there a wonderful experience. Management - you have the best team working in there, they all deserve recognition for the hard job that is feeding and looking after the hundreds of hungry people and messy children (our baby especially was very messy) all with amazing warmth and care. We had a rooftop room so swam quite a bit upstairs but did come to the main pool for the activities. The fitness instructors running the activities were brilliant and really did get the vibe and atmosphere at the poolside upbeat and fun. The pools were great and the indoor pool was handy on the couple of days when it rained. The kids club was epic as always. My daughter absolutely loved it and loved the leaders and all the games and crafts they ran. We have a suitcase full of crafts coming home with us- pretty sure we still have the crafts from 3 years ago in a folder at home. We didnt use the baby club for our 11 month old but found the hangout room downstairs from main reception with tents and tunnels was a life saver for our boy to crawl around safely and stretch out. Housekeeping are brilliant. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day and was a joy to come home to at the end of the day. My daughter loved that her blanket was made into a bow on her bed each day. I wish I could take them home with us! The coffee shop is a wonderful perk. We didnt use it much during our first holiday but hammered it this time to get our much needed caffeine fix. The soft serve ice cream is the best. The spa - we didnt use the spa itself this time round but did do a mummy and me experience which was wonderful and we submitted a review of that last week. The evening entertainment- to be honest with two kids in tow and a full day of swimming we were done by 7pm so only caught a few sessions in the piano bar. The musicians that we did see were su

We went as a couple and wanted a romantic luxurious night away. I don’t feel for the money we paid we got this. I will break this down below. We stayed in the adults only. We booked last minute waiting for a passport but I had been eyeing up this hotel for weeks! Majority of staff friendly, couldn’t do more for you, I found at meal times in the buffet restaurant the much younger staff were straight on it for drinks, and clearing of plates and making sure you as guest were comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the a la carte restaurants but were told they serve the same food as the buffets. Brings me to the food. I don’t feel it’s 5* food. Was it edible.. yes. Was I blown away..no. I am a foodie, the best and most excited thing I was looking forward to everyday was the desserts. These were beautiful, albeit some flavour combinations a tad not my palette. The buffet food was lukewarm at best unless you observed and jumped straight on fresh food. I will say though the staff were on having a constant supply of fresh food! Pizza was a staple and always available. Some food labels in the cold sections of food were mixed up meaning at points it was a guess. There was no specific way of manoeuvring food tables meaning I often got stuck between people. Fresh bread always available. Was always very carb heavy. Breakfast full variety, but I just wanted fluffy pancakes so we headed out to a nearby town to get these one day! Gala night was our worst food night, bbq food was over bbq apart from the jacket potato’s and I just lived off this on this evening was excited for a steak but it was so tough even tho I asked for medium that I left it. Lunch we ate at the carina pool bar a few days! Staff there super attentive! Food there was what pulled me through! The burger was 👌 and the fish and chips was very yummy. The handmade chip potato curls were yummy. However on our last full day they used wedges which I was sad about, consistency in food is something my autism needs so this hit me harder than maybe some! Poolside cocktails were amazing, they blend them and it just magically transformed them, that and the no measures! If they don’t have a cocktail on the menu, they will make it for you! Just ask. Got a blue lagoon which is a favourite! Didn’t use the main pool, but just sunbathed, the sunbeds plentiful but we found them uncomfortable, the decking is also bowingunderfoot in a few places so just to be cautious if not steady on feet! Love that there is umbrellas and tables. Not enough Bali beds and people do reserve beds with towels. Beach towels provided and you can swap them but only between 5-6 poolside which is such a short window. Everything looks lovely until you look a lil closer, no lightbulbs in lamps in lobby, not enough seating for evening lobby entertainment. I will say everything in the adults area spotless! Evening entertainment for adults was lackluster. Feel this is geared for a much older audience. Some nights we just ki

Had another positive experience at the hotel. Italian restaurant a highlight. Calm and relaxing- the garden rooms are a delight in the Adults section. Quality and very serene. Food lovely and varied. The wine is good. Staff are friendly. Have returned several times because of the positives. Fabulous coffee shop Few issues that have we were frustrated to see still exist since the last visit. The gym- the machines STILL do not work. Please listen and replace the equipment. It remains rusty and there are no working treadmills. Tried to use the weights, most did not work and actually we felt the gym was unsafe. This is the worst gym I have ever used and is not luxury at all. We did feed this back to the team who stated they were already aware- must have been getting these complaints for years. Thanks for listening but we great if the feedback could be acted on? Great to see the steam room in the Spa is now working. Be great if the Steam room was hot to bring it up to a quality standard. You say there is free bikes. Actually reception STILL cannot find the keys for the bikes. This results is you being sent to another location for bikes, being asked for a deposit, then having to go into town to find a cash point (come on, it is 2025!) and then having to walk back. Make things easy for your guests please! A bit inconsistent. Some guests get a drink on arrival, we did not. Used to get a wet towel and a drink. Love many aspects of this hotel but will probably go back to another 5* hotel in Mallorca next time with better Spa and gym facilities.

Just returned from a 4 night family break staying in the family part of the resort in a junior suite Junior Suite - fantastic room, modern and comfortable great space for a family, mini bar stocked daily, toiletries and lovely balconies with nice furniture, cleaners do a great job Resort - very clean and modern with plenty of space around the resort, loved the piano bar area for a cocktail in the evening Entertainment Good activities throughout the day, plenty of different entertainment to suit all tastes, we would of liked more interactive fun games at night but that's our preference and prehaps a sports bar would of been a bonus Food and drinks Branded spirits and great cocktails, cocktails are better at the piano bar and show lounge than by the pool, food good quality but I didn't feel there was alot of choice for a 5 star hotel but we are use to the large all inclusive resorts in Turkey, however you certainly won't go hungry, didn't try any of the A la carte restaurants, the desserts are to die for and defo 5 star, I would of liked the option of snack food you could order and have around the pool Staff - all really friendly and helpful they are a credit to the resort We would definitely return to this resort

Stayed as a family of four and had a great time. Hotel is very good - not perfect but very few real quibbles. Food is good (without being amazing). Buffet in the family area has plenty of selection and we could always find something we liked. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and super helpful. The a la cartes were ok. Made a nice change to the buffet and recommend you do at least one. Table service was good and food reasonable. House wines were very drinkable - as were most of the cocktails and top shelf shorts. Bar staff were mostly excellent - with the sole exception of a young chap who seemed quite overwhelmed and mildly grumpy - and we never saw him again! We used both of the pools in the family area. The main one is heated and the kids spent most of their time in there. Loads going on and the entertainment staff do a good job getting people involved without going over the top. The other is cold - but plenty more sun-bed options and we were always able to grab one of the Balinese beds when we wanted. Both pools have their own bars as well and never had to queue for a drink at either. There is a sports facility which is part of the protur complex and a couple of mins walk from the hotel. It has a free driving range, mini golf, tennis and a football pitch. The TUI team organised football every couple of days - but they also said the kids could ask for a key to use it if they wanted to. The spa is good. A number of steam rooms and a sauna. The hydrocircuit is good too. Also had a massage which was expertly done at a reasonable rate. We did have a look round the adults only section and had a drink at the rooftop bar. Definitely a different vibe and seemed very relaxing - and added layers of luxury ( I wouldn’t describe the family side as a luxury hotel anyway - but then few are really) The only gripe I have is the open plan room layout. As a family of 4 we had an open plan 2 room apartment. One with a super king size bed and the other with a couple of sofa beds. The bathroom area was also open plan and connected to the bedroom with no sliding doors. The toilet is frosted glass but the shower isn’t. Not a massive issue and can be worked round - but a bit inconvenient with a teenage and pre teen kid who just used the situation to argue with each other. Personally - I’d expect the amenities in a 5 star hotel to be based on customer convenience - not inconvenience and it’s something TUI/Protur should sort out. I’d definitely upgrade to a different room next time either way. The only other issue is the speed of check in when a large number of guests turn up at once. It’s painfully slow and something that needs to be fixed (albeit this isn’t an issue that’s unique to this hotel). But the point is - we would/will return as we had an extremely good time. We met some wonderful people and made many friends. The vibe in the hotel bars was excellent and the clientele mix was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and every night was grea

Biomar sensitori Tui blue We picked our recent holiday at Biomar specifically considering the added complexities of travelling with a one-year-old with multiple food allergies alongside a restless ever hungry preteen. What was always likely to have been a stressful sleepless nightmare but gotta-be-done holiday was instead actually remarkably relaxing and a thoroughly enjoyable family getaway, almost entirely thanks to the incredible staff. Reception A special mention must go to the reception team, Jaume and Ishmail, you and your colleagues were incredibly efficient and understanding, and v helpful with our plans for a day trip by bus to the relatively nearby Rafa academy and museum. Dining Our dining experiences were made as seamless and as worry-free as feasible thanks to the exceptional restaurant staff across the board: thanks to Victor, Javier, and Tomeio alongside your colleagues for always going the extra mile to help us find something suitable for the littlest one. Their patience and willingness to double-check ingredients, liaise with the kitchen, and offer suitable alternatives were outstanding no matter if we were in the a la carte or the main dining buffet. We were always greeted with a smile and helped to feel at ease, even during the busiest times. Their attentiveness allowed us to actually enjoy most meals🤯, a rare treat with OUR children and the added stress of our combined dietary restrictions/concern for risk of contamination. 24/7 food availability was an added bonus and a particular relief to discover upon a late evening arrival/return. thanks massively to the late night Green & Grill duo who were so amazingly calm and efficient through the mayhem even as the evening Ents programs wound down around the resort! Kids care and Evening entertainment: Look out for evening crèche and kids clubs/movie on the app - well worth booking using and enjoying a couple of kiddy free hours if you can. Simultaneous Daytime two hour slots for crèche and kids club were also great potential for exploring the adults-only or spa retreat and hydrotherapy circuit, but frustratingly our 1yr old didn’t do too well (more a reflection of his recent traumatic settling in back home with Uk childcare!) Nonetheless The entertainment teams and kids teams as a whole, also deserve high praise but in particular for us Deanna and Ennis really built a fantastic rapport with our kids that added an extra dynamic especially when they were then also seen on stage performing. It helped us relax and gave us a curious sort of reassurance that we weren’t only keeping the kids up late for our own benefit! 🙊 Slight downers The resort, the whole island was lovely and v pretty this spring. I didn’t notice many mozzies. Yes the pools were a little chilly, especially the kids ‘n splash,. Also yes it’s annoying that the staff are not empowered to prevent early morning sun lounger blockers and Bali bed hoggers - who then don’t turn up until well after lunch! (Why
