Third stay in two years. Came with parents both 84 and cannot leave hotel. Sad for guests and workers on demolition as none were using dust masks. Con Crete and render was broken up all day . People inhaling this dust were local people going to work/ tourists too. And those that worked and were by the pool. This dust contains asbestos fibres. Asbestos and silicosis are pulmonary life threatening diseases. The hotel in general seemed to be on a budget from cosmetics in the bathroom and repetitive meals in the restaurant. Entertainment my opinion was just stay and watch Motown musical. No comments on others. The compare “Jimmy” with his sayings “ if you like a lot of chocolate on your biscuit join a clu” and oggie oggie oggie “ . It’s not 1980 and he is turning it into an old persons home.

Perfect location, clean rooms, comfortable bed, fresh food and vast variety of food regarding dinner, breakfast was the only thing I would change (it was the same food every morning, eggs and ham.) Entertainment should last longer as well, every show lasts 1h. For the rest, nothing to complain, overall very nice stay! 😊

Room double booked on arrival, however this was compensated with a 5 star suite room overnight and a voucher to spend throughout the stay so this was not really an inconvenience, however it may be if you have children. Hotel very clean and staff friendly but we were the only English guests for a few days. There is a vast choice of breakfast however we were limited on selection as catered more for the European guests. Pool area and sun loungers clean and plenty available however expect the usual scenario with regards to reseving them. We did note that inflatables were not allowed in the pool.

Everything is fantastic except for the room that are a little small and a tv that’s mostly not working. The staff is really nice and the balcony has a great view. The pool is also really nice. Would go again.

It was the worth experince of my life. The Hotel standard is not a 4 star. If you close the bathroom door, it can happen that you cant open it up anymore. My child has closed that door and could not came out anymore. The reception reaction was, it can happen!! I am on medication. What happen if I close myself and nobody around?? The celaning personal was shouting and making meetings frot of our door at 7:30. The outside pool was 20 degrees, the inside pool around 18 degrees. I cant recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had such a great stay here at Hiphotels Flamenco. Our room was really comfy and cozy and felt really nice and clean. The food at breakfast was really tasteful and there was a vast selection. The staff, on the whole, were very friendly. The pool was really great - lovely temperature, nice and spacious and felt clean. The one suggestion that I’d make would be this Two Day Towel rule. Even though some guests can be untrustworthy, it felt ridiculous that we had to put a deposit down on all of our towels!

Wow, this hotel was a real find. Clean, spacious and comfy rooms, good food and breakfast dining area, as well as a relatively quiet, clean indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were very friendly and the beach just on your doorstep, with lots of activities there. You can’t wish for anything more! Note: You are given pool towels which you can only change every 2 days.

People very nice and helpful, clean and nice hotel. Food also very good. We had a great vacation there. Highly recommended for children but also adults! Location also nice, we didnt missed nothing there.

Each morning was very stressful for me due very dirty dishes. I have seen such dirty dishes in only one hotel in Bulgaria. Even hotels in India have more clean dishes than in Hipotels Flamenco. Dirty dishes was reason why I spent money in other restaurants around hotel for lunch and dinner. Even if food can be good dirty dishes kill it. Scrambled eggs was corrupted once. Orange juice was fermented once. Cooks deserve more cleaned dress. Why guest must pay all before as if he were robber? But on second side I must say staff was very friendly and helpful.
