衞生：一塵不染，
環境：旁邊就是一個商業廣場，飯店購物都有，當地菜和日餐，沒有中餐和當地小吃。

The staff were friendly kind and extremely welcoming. He engaged in conversation and made you feel so much greater Than a paying customer.
Upon checkout the two staff stopped what they were doing and greeted me. I was most impressed with the attention provided to up holding the Hilton excellence.

We stayed at this property twice in the past week. Love how clean and new everything is maintained. 3rd floor pool with mountain views and gym are nice amenities. There is a restaurant with breakfast buffet. Connected to shopping and restaurants.

Great new hotel. Walking distance to a small mall with a GREAT food court. Beautiful mall next to the hotel. Posh stores and restaurants. Lovely hotel.

We had 2 nights here getting ready for our trip around Costa Rica. And also waiting for our bags that KLM had misplaced. Comfortable hotel in a nice area. We felt safe wandering around. Reception gave us toothpaste and toothbrush as we had nothing initially. Breakfast was $35 for two and was very good. We couldn't use the pool as our swimwear hadn't arrived, but it looked nice. Generally id recommended when youve had a long flight, good place to chill out for the day.

The property exuded modern charm and offered an array of fantastic shopping and dining options. The staff, proficient in English and Spanish, were incredibly professional and accommodating. Throughout our stay, both the hotel's front desk and restaurant teams went above and beyond to cater to our needs. In particular, Wilmer and Hugo from the restaurant staff made our dining experience exceptional with their extraordinary efforts. If I return, without a doubt, I'll choose this hotel once more.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so accommodating upon my first entry to check-in to the hotel. This was my first “solo trip,” and I’m so glad I did it in this country. After, going upstairs to my bedroom, I found decorations of ”Happy Birthday” balloons across my bed frame, and I couldn’t have been more ecstatic about my stay here at the Hilton. I had no issues with my AC, and I picked the best time to come here, because it was extremely quiet with no one in the pool. So, I had time to relax and read with no distractions. They are such a wonderful group of people who accommodate you on anything that you need if you ask. I can attest to this as this will be my hotel stay every time I come to San Jose. I appreciate everything that the hotel provided for me, also the club sandwich is a hit!! Definitely 5 Stars for ME!!! Thank You!

This property was the perfect choice for us. Accessible to everywhere and the area felt very safe. One thing to note, house keeping is done every other day.
