Best Western Plus Santa Barbara Reviews

In general average level. The room is clean but there is a strange unpleasant smell. Other guests next to our room keep talking and laughing until late night. The air conditioning makes enormous noise.

We had an amazing time, the hotel does not offer free breakfast but there is a cafe in the same parking lot and food is 10/10

The location was convenient and it was great for travelers with a car to park, because you can take the car out if you like or just leave it parked. We were able to walk to our dinner one of the nights and it was only a short drive for breakfast. I loved the balcony, it was the best way to enjoy the winter sun.

The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

The room is well-equipped, spacious and bright, with a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which is very convenient. The location is close to the core attractions of the town, and the overall experience is very good

It is outside the city, with convenient transportation, Walmart and gas stations nearby, and close to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. It is quiet and has breakfast, which is the usual American breakfast with hot oatmeal.

Hygiene: Good, cleaned every day. Environment: The swimming pool is spacious. Every morning you can see people cleaning the entire hotel. It is very comfortable when the sun shines into the room. It is very comfortable to live in this small town.

The location is a bit remote, parking is convenient

This hotel is the best one I stayed in during my ten-day stay in the United States. The hotel has a beautiful environment, the rooms are clean and tidy, especially the bathroom, which has dry and wet separation and a very comfortable shower. The surroundings are also very quiet. There are places to eat within a dozen minutes' drive, which is very convenient.

Very nice hotel, the room is on the first floor, very clean, but someone will come in the morning to tell you that it is not good to check out. The swimming pool is small but nice.

週末的原因，價格非常貴，設施很舊了，性價比不高。停車還方便，回來的不是很晚，並沒有像之前人評論的很困難。
