Nice, well priced hotel in a pretty place. Car park across the road for €4 a day. Welcoming staff. Ate at the restaurant opposite & would have liked to have a drink in the hotels’ bar/lounge but it was closed. Breakfast was ok, nothing special

Siamo arrivati in quest’albergo quasi per caso ed è stata un’occasione vincente per comodità e posizione. Le camere sono di tipologie diverse, ma la nostra era molto ampia, pulita, ariosa e panoramica. La signora all’arrivo è gentilissima e attenta. L’unico neo è nella mancanza di personale di sorveglianza per molte ore al giorno: è lasciata agli ospiti la cura di chiudere e aprire anche il cancello di ingresso e qualcuno se ne dimentica….

La struttura è una importante villa antica ristrutturata molto bene, sul lungomare sud di Santa Cesarea Terme. E formata da un corpo centrale con corte interna dove affacciano le varie stanze; molto bello. La stanza - standard- è ubucata al piano terra ed è molto ampia con arredamento minimale. La colazione è varia e buona. Unica critica, nella stanza e nel bagno mancano i punti di appoggio.

Per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di meglio. Bagno senza bidet, la camera non aveva zanzariere né la possibilità di lasciare uno spiraglio alle finestre perché affacciata su un passaggio comune. Per evitare sia le zanzare che la mancanza di privacy siamo stati costretti a dormire sigillati. Comunque ho apprezzato la pulizia.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut unbefriedigend. Wir haben Fr. 84.-/Person für eine Nacht bezahlt. Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber, verdienen aber nicht mehr als 3 Sterne. Wir hatten alle Double Superior Zimmer gebucht. Historisches Gebäude hin oder her finden wir den Preis unangemessen. Unmotiviertes Personal. Wussten nicht mal so genau, wo wir parkieren durften. Frühstücksbuffet sah auch ziemlich karg aus. Es hatte nicht einmal Brot, ausser Toastbrot. Unsere Zimmertüre war defekt. Bei einem weiteren Zimmer war es so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Wir wurden echt enttäuscht. Hatten doch etwas besseres für den Preis erwartet.

Ci è dispiaciuto di aver programmato di fermarci solo per una notte, dato che la struttura, proprio al centro e di fronte al mare di questa bellissima città ci ha permesso di rilassarci e riposare in tranquillità. L'organizzazione è risultata efficiente e cordiale. Gentile e puntuale anche l'accoglienza, come è nella tradizione salentina. La stanza standard è stata pienamente soddisfacente per pulizia e silenzio, tenendo ovviamente anche conto del favorevole rapporto qualità / prezzo. Colazione ricca e completa, dal dolce al salato a buffet in una comoda sala con l'assistenza di una gentile signorina. Esperienza da ripetere

Villa stupenda, abbiamo richiesto la camera vista mare .al nostro arrivo c'erano degli operai che lavoravano proprio vicino alla nostra terrazza ,ci è stato detto che avrebbero finito da li a poco. all'arrivo ci comunicano che la colazione l'avrebbero portata in camera perchè il luogo dove veniva servito normalmente non era pronto . Chiediamo di poter fare colazione il giorno dopo sulla magnifica terrazza e mi è stato accordato. Ci informiamo per sapere dove cenare e ci viene detto che a Cesarea Terme in aprile i locali sono chiusi . Al ritorno dopo aver cenato in un paesino della zona troviamo la villa completamente al buio ci avevano avvisato che non ci sarebbe stato nessuno ad accoglierci ma addirittura andarsi a cercare l'nterruttore per poter vedere le scale...siamo stati in questa villa da soli ed è stato abbastanza inquietante. Non abbiamo dormito tutta la notte, come d'accordo aspettavamo la colazione servita in terrazza ed invece abbiamo ritrovato gli operai, non ci sembrava il caso allora ci hanno invitato in un salone a fianco ,alche' abbiamo deciso di partire .non si vende una camera quando non si è ancora pronti per la stagione e tantomeno non si lasciano gli ospiti da soli .pensavo che ci venissero incontro con il reso almeno della notte non fatta ma invece ho perso anche quello. NON ANDATECI IN QUESTO PERIODO !!
