Fiquei uma noite no quarto 307. Paredes e teto com muito mofo, teias de aranha e sujeira acumulada. Roupa de cama e de banho bastante desgastadas e algumas até rasgadas. As paredes do banheiro apresentavam marcas de sujeira e o assento do vaso sanitário estava velho, quebrado e solto.

Atendimento muito bom, café da manhã com bastante opções e bem servido, acomodações e ambiente limpos. Roupas de camas cheirosas, só o colchão poderia ser melhor.
Estacionamento no local e gratuito.
Localização excelente.

PÉSSIMO!! NÃO SE HOSPEDEM! Quanto às normas da COVID, NÃO cumpre nada! Estacionamento aberto, sem proteção - parte coberto parece mais um depósito de lixo. Escadarias de acesso lateral sujas. Já na entrada, alimentos expostos com clientes e funcionários sem máscara já na recepção - primeiro a receber você é o gerente, sem máscara. Não pude me hospedar, pois, de cara, ao entrar no quarto, me deparei com funcionária da limpeza dentro do quarto, usando o banheiro e sem máscara. Aliás, ao percorrer os corredores, vimos quartos abertos, com acesso liberado a qualquer pessoa com covid Também não recebi o reembolso ou pelo menos desculpas do gerente ao questionar o estado do hotel na recepção. Perdi meu passeio na cidade junto dos meus pais que são idosos e com comorbidade - planejado depois de 1 ano de isolamento - e saí da cidade com a pior das imagens por conta desta terrível experiência. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO AO LOCAL!

L'hôtel est très bien, confortable, pratique et proche du centre et donc de la très belle cathédrale gothique de la ville. À ne pas manquer !
Il y a une piscine mais nous n'y sommes pas allés.
Notre chambre était très grande, c'était d'ailleurs un petit studio avec coin cuisine que nous n'avons pas utilisé.
Un petit problème de réservation c'est présenté, l'hôtel ne semblait pas au courant de ma réservation par l'application mais tout c'est bien passé car il y avait des chambres libres. Je suis un peu déçu par le site qui fonctionne un peu moins bien qu'à ses débuts pour les envois de messages !!
