It was cool but there was little to no water pressure in the shower, but had body wash and shampoo dispensers inside which was nice. Bare necessities, right off the boardwalk. Parking is a little tight, on a hill. If you don’t mind these things, it’s a simple sweet spot

Other than right in front of office, parking spots are on a super steep hill. The parking lot next to property had people partying loud beginning at 10pm. Be aware there is no elevator. Being older adults, we should have requested a first floor room. The card key lock on our door worked fine, but the additional safety lock that clicks over from doorframe to door was broken in our room. It was clean and we didn't spend much time there, just to sleep. For the price it served our purpose well.

It was difficult to park due to the uneven terrain but there was always a free space. very polite employees, if there are problems they always help to fix them. we will definitely come back

The room was very bare bones. There were not table lamps, there was no closet, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was very small and the water in the sink smelt like sewage. Most of this isn't too big of a deal (mostly inconvenient) but the issue was had was there was a man outside our room grunting for over 2 hours and the walls were so thin we could our neighbors the entire time. We were supposed to stay there for 3 nights but we left after the 1st.

Check in guy was the best and parking was right in front of the room. Had no issues and loved the updated paint job. Cant wait to head back soon.

No air conditioner, no mirror in or even close to bathroom, dirty floors, broken microwave, dangerous parking... staff kind but unable or willing to help in anyway. Apparently not one of our issues with the room could be improved!?!? AND the worst, when we went to check out 1 day early because of a medical crisis with a parent, despite ********** being willing to refund them the day, they stuck it to us and were unwilling to do so!!! We left a full day early and were stuck with the full bill.
