Estuvimos la primera vez el año 2018 las instalaciones eran muy buenas, volvimos este año y las instalaciones no tienen nada que ver con lo anterior, el desayuno partía a las 07:00 y recién a las 07:50 estaba montado y de mala calidad, por lo que no podíamos tomar ya que por horario debíamos salir a las 07:15. Los colchones antiguos, curvados. Éramos 3 pasajeros en el departamento y por el estado de las camas el tercer pasajero se cambió de hotel, ya que era imposible descansar en esas camas, informamos al hotel y no nos hicieron ningún descuento la única opción que nos dieron, era un late check out, lo que no nos servia porque nuestro vuelo salía temprano. NO LO RECOMIENDO, que lastima que el hotel haya decaído tanto.

El Hotel es bonito, pero tienen su mobiliario bastante descuidado en la piscina y el servicio no es nada bueno. Tardan mucho para cosas simples y la piscina no está temperada como solía estar, han desmejorado mucho

Las piscinas son lindas y grandes, no son atemperadas.
Pero las camillas de bronceo están todas rotas.
Absolutamente todas las instalaciones necesitan una remodelación, el gimnasio no tiene ni aire acondicionado.
El dormitorio (teníamos la suit presidencial) no tenía wifi que funcione correctamente y tampoco smart tv, ni cable.
Los controles de los aires no funcionaban.
El frigobar estaba vacío y no entraron a hacer la limpieza del dormitorio.
Los dormitorios son alfombrados y estaban extremadamente sucias.
En fin, de hotel 5 estrellas no tiene nada.

si no renuevan se que el hotel antes era lindo pero la pandemia lo cambio todo pero si siguen con esa infraestructura antigua y sucia no creo que vuelva a ir, con el precio que pague consigo otro mejor

Me gusto la habitacion, son ambientes comodos, con espacio, tambien cuenta con una pequeña cocina, algo que no me gustò tanto es que en algunas cosas de la infraestructura se nota que ya tiene sus años de antigüedad.

Muy lindo ambiente y entorno pero la verdad yo al menos tuve problemas con el agua caliente, era una lucha mantener buena temperatura... la WiFi solo en algunas habitaciones lo que me obligaba a estar siempre en un lado...en las piscinas y exterior no había señal...nada que decir de la amabilidad del personal, per con estos 2 detalles no creo vuelva.... Lo bueno sí, es que quedaba frente al Hiper maxi que tenia de todo ...y te puedes comprar cosas para llevar pq tiene cocina la habitacion..eso sí, no tiene cocina a gas , solo refri, lavaplatos, hervidor..nada más...si no fuera por la wifi y el agua me quedo, pero no fue así

Me siento estafado, el gimnasio esta todo roto y descuidado, ninguna pero ninguna de las piscinas es atemperada, el wifi es pésimo. Ha decaído mucho este hotel que en su momento fue referente de una linda estadía. Reclamé a recepción y nadie supo darme una explicación. Uno viene con niños y grandes expectativas para tremenda decepción
