We stayed here for just a couple of nights as a little end of holiday treat and I was really disappointed. The reception staff were about as much use as cardboard as we were checking in they explained nothing about the hotel other than what time breakfast was. The room was lovely but again everything you wanted to know was on a QR code and the WiFi code given on the key card was completely different to the one the Hotel uses? When I went to reception to find out why I couldn't get on the WiFi ( I had to go in person as the instructions on how to contact reception were on the QR coded welcome book) the receptionist looked at me as if I was an ***** not the best welcome to a five star. And as usual with not being able to check in till after lunch there were no sunbeds available by the pool and a very loud wedding party had taken over the top sundeck. The breakfast although offered a large choice you had to order your eggs separately to the buffet style accompaniments meaning you either had cold eggs or cold bacon very strange. Also as mentioned in previous comments the large hotel next door has a massive PA system that drowns out any ambiance that this hotel has along with some very poor Karaoke. So all in all a very expensive and disappointing stay. Sorry

Superb hotel. All the staff we met throughout were really friendly and helpful, reception, porters, housekeeping, restaurants and bars. We felt welcome at all times. The standard of cleanliness throughout is very good. The facilities are excellent, particularly the gym and exceptional spa, probably the best we’ve ever seen. Outside pool and gardens are a great place to relax and the roof top bar area, plus pools, are another wonderful place to relax and enjoy. The hotel surpassed our expectations and we will return.

Terrible. Not a 5* experience. Lights and curtains malfunctioned at night waking us up. Fire alarm went off at 1.30 with no explanation or an apology the next day. There was only one person on reception at night that had no idea what was going on, guests just walking up and down the corridors. The next night the room next to us had a party at 12am for 3 hours. We called reception 3 times, on the second time we asked why it still hadn’t stopped and the man on reception said F you and hung up the phone. Again assuming it was just one person working and they couldn’t cope. So we just had to spend the night with loud music, doors slamming and people shouting. Other notes, breakfast was mediocre, service was slow, coffees wouldn’t turn up till we’d finished out breakfast. It was hard to get served around the pool area, on two days I had to walk up to get served and food wasn’t great. Having stayed at other small luxury hotels and 5*s on the island, this isn’t one. Not a personalised experience at all. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is well situated and the rooms are nice with harbour views and a lovely pool area. The service desk was open 24 hours and very helpful and kind. That being said, it wasn’t a five star experience. We had to request our room was cleaned on a number of occasions and the service at breakfast was not good. There is an odd smell throughout the spa area. It’s very family friendly with lots of children but as a couple travelling i wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing experience at the Aguas on our holiday and also our first time in Ibiza. We would come back in a heartbeat! The bedroom overlooked the pools and had a beautiful view across to the marina and bay, it was top class. The rooftop pools and bar were just wonderful and really beautifully styled with fab views across to the sea. Marcelo was an attentive barman, so very helpful and friendly and always smiling! Breakfast was so enjoyable sitting on the beautiful terrace with the most amazing buffet including cava every morning and fresh fruit in abundance and a hot food menu too - coffee and fresh orange juice delivered to your table and topped up as you wished. We also ate in all the restaurants and they were first class. The staff were all so friendly and helpful making you feel so welcome! Special mention to Marcelo who kept us hydrated 😊, the concierge who was just so lovely (sorry can’t remember your name but your parents met in Pacha 🍒 !! ) and Sol who was delightful and so helpful too. Ibiza and Aguas we will be back as we loved you!

We visited Aguas back in June for a family evening taking in the views on the roof terrace! It was simply stunning! We sat as a family (x2 children ages 10,7) It was breathtaking! Marcello made us feel like royalty, his service with a smile made us relax & feel at home! He supplied blankets for my self & the children without us asking… this made us stay longer & embrace the views! Marcello’s knowledge of drinks to offer & also of the views made the whole night an experience we won’t forget! We will 100% return & highly recommend!

We booked this break as a belated honeymoon / wedding anniversary celebration. 17-06-2023 to 22-06-2023 (5nights). Room 226 The hotel was advertised as a relaxing retreat, we thought it was far from that. Below are a few points we thought about our stay. Unable to lock the sliding door in the room. Latches removed from the frame. Major security issue. We raised this with reception but nothing was done about it during our stay. Damage to the bed frame leg meaning the bed moved. Shower / bath area showing signs of wear and tear, leaking shower head, black grout around tiles. Limited ability to watch any UK tv channels due to poor signal. Any channels which were tuned in were of poor quality. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working upon arrival late at night. After a long day travelling we needed a cool room. We requested an ironing board to be sent to the room which was extremely poor quality. Lighting & AC controls were an over complicated all in one wall mounted unit which didn’t work half the time. Simple light switches would be much easier. Toilets around the pool were terrible, never saw them being cleaned during our stay. When flushing the toilet the waste came up through the drains in the main floor area of the bathroom. Relaxing stay? Our room looked out over the busy working end of the marina which opened before 8am every morning and they were using a loud mobile crane to move boats out of the water. The crane had a loud alarm when it was in use (most of the day). We didn’t use the hotel restaurants other than for breakfast which was good. We will not be returning to this so called relaxing hotel.

DANGEROUS POOL AREA PARENTS BE VERY CAREFUL! We travelled to this hotel via Jet2 Indulgent Escapes. We booked this 5 start hotel for us and our two young children aged 5 and 8. Briefly this is NOT a 5 star hotel. We travel extensively and this is a 4 star at best. We were happy to overlook this as it was a few days in the sun however our Son had a horrendous accident at the hotel pool. The decking around the pool area is rotten. My Sons foot fell through the rotten wood and he fell face first into the water. There was no life guard. I was nearby and got him out as he was trapped with his foot stuck in the wooden decking which had given way. He could have drowned or broken his leg! We demanded to see a manager. No one came. I went to the reception to ask for a manager we were told someone would be out to see us. No one came. No first aid or reports taken. no one came We wanted the area closed of so another child would not have the same accident. It remained open. Dangerous pool area are they waiting for a child to be seriously hurt?
