Place like a dream. We had an upgrade to the best room (Cinque Terre) and really loved our three days at Villa Riviera. Delicious food in both restaurants, peaceful room, incredible views and helpful staff created an experience we'll never forget.

From the moment of booking till checking out, everything was marvelous. The communication with all the staff was easy, everyone is super accommodating. The food is delicious and made even better by the stunning views. Our suite was newly renovated, perfectly integrating modern furniture and amenities within an historic building.

We choose this location for the views and privacy and were not disappointed. The grounds, pool and room views are amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional. Camilla at checkin was a pleasure and we had exceptional service from Greta at the restaurant. She made sure on her day off to have her colleague wish us goodbye which was so nice. Our room (Cinque Terre Suite) was beautiful with a private balcony view on the water. The staff made us feel very at home and even suggested moving our dinner reservations to be more intimate due to a larger (noisier) group when we booked - little touches that mean a lot. The only suggestions for improvement would be the food at Ristorante Aria was average. While the views were beautiful the chef seemed to be wanting to be “fancy” in presentation but the taste and options were average. Osteria Terra however had much better options and the food was delicious and better sized portions. Also having options for salad or some healthier choices would be nice. Other suggestion would be to ensure the hot tubs are hot. The water was cool and barely as warm as the pool so were unusable for us. While an outside spa is a nice idea the spa piece is basic. While not critical for our stay would be a suggestion for improvement. Overall loved our time there. Felt like valued guests and impeccable service. We will definitely return.

Abbiamo goduto di una meravigliosa giornata usufruendo della day experience spa. È stato tutto meraviglioso , dall’accoglienza al bar , al massaggio di coppia , all’aperitivo con vista spettacolare . Personale altamente qualificato in un posto da sogno . Un particolare grazie ad Anna e Jasmine per averci fatto rilassare con un massaggio professionale . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Ci siamo sposati in questo meraviglioso resort e da allora è diventato per noi un luogo dal profondo valore affettivo. Ogni volta che torniamo, riviviamo emozioni uniche grazie all’atmosfera incantevole, alla cura dei dettagli e alla professionalità di tutto lo staff. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Nando, che gestisce il bar della piscina con una simpatia contagiosa e un’incredibile competenza. I suoi cocktail sono davvero eccezionali, preparati con passione e sempre accompagnati da un sorriso. Consigliamo questo resort a chi cerca non solo relax e bellezza, ma anche accoglienza sincera e ricordi indimenticabili.

Soggiornare a Villa Riviera è stata un’esperienza semplicemente perfetta. La struttura offre una vista mozzafiato che lascia senza parole e regala momenti di autentico relax. Entrambi i ristoranti disponibili sono di altissimo livello, con piatti curati e un servizio impeccabile. L’atmosfera che si respira è di pace e tranquillità, ideale per chi desidera staccare completamente dalla routine quotidiana. Ogni angolo della villa è curato nei minimi dettagli, con grande attenzione al comfort e all’estetica. Il personale è un altro punto di forza: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. Un luogo che consiglio senza esitazione a chi cerca un soggiorno di classe, immerso nella bellezza e nel relax.

Pazzesco. Un ambiente bucolico, raffinato ,curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio . Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cagnolino ed è stata un'esperienza rigenerante . La spa all'aperto con vista mozzafiato sul mare è perfetta per chi cerca di staccare dalla frenesia della vita quotidiana . Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e le accortezze , un grazie particolare ad Anna che ha eseguito un massaggio davvero bello e rigenerante . Abbiamo cenato al ristorante ARIA, qualità eccellente delle materie prima e ricercatezza e studio dei piatti . Consiglio vivamente questa struttura .

Sono stata in questa struttura a agosto 2024 per passare una giornata in piscina. Assolutamente non all’atezza delle aspettative, la piscina era sporca, acqua torbida ed all interno era strapieno di insetti (una specie di cimici) che nuotavano indisturbati in mezzo agli ospiti che facevano il bagno. Ho pagato 80€ per la giornata in piscina e non ho potuto fare il bagno mi sono dovuta accontentare della doccia esterna ogni tanto. Inoltre per gli ospiti esterni non c è neanche uno spogliatoio (degno di essere chiamato tale) con una doccia calda e un phon per asciugarsi i capelli. Se la pretesa è quella di 80€ per passare 6 ore in una piscina allora anche il servizio offerto deve essere tale. Mi dispiace ma assolutamente NON CI SIAMO. Sporcizia, piscina invasa da insetti e servizi ZERO. Non tornerò.
