it's just a room what more do you want I was bored so I went anywhere. It's not far from downtown, but it's not close either.

This hotel is a joke and not a hotel. Bathroom did not have a proper door, you could see someone in the toiled from the room! We were in 3 and asked for second key. They said they do not have it to give us but they have the second key for them to open door if we loose our and they said that if we need they can use it to open door for us. One of us came earlier and didn’t have a key and guess what? THEY DIDNT HAVE IT so she needed to wait 2h as we come back. That is also only hotel in the Mexico that we visited without purified water to use

The good: Our room was big and quite nice, with a small sofa and a desk. The location isn't the most amazing but easy to walk into town from here and a good convenience store nearby. The bad: the bathroom smelled really bad and the door wouldn't stay closed unless locked from the inside, so our room smelled. The shower flooded the entire bathroom and the floors were not cleaned properly. Only one usable power socket in the room. Tiny, uncomfortable pillows.

It's a 2 Star hotel, so nothing is deluxe. But, it's clean, efficient, comfortable, and convenient. The area in the daytime is full of local commerce and traffic, but after the ships closed, it's so quiet! The streets are almost empty. The hotel is in a side alley, so it's quiet. It's about a 15 minute walk to the very center of the city. Along the way, there are lots of shops and great restaurants. And the 3 main markets.

The area isn't Disneyland, but it is safe. The hotel and service are a gem, especially for the price. I compliment every person we have been in contact with; they are very nice and helpful. Quiet, clean. Recommended, for sure

A Decent Little hotel for a short stay, cheap enough, good staff, clean, & reasonably quiet. The only downside was the shower had no pressure & was just dribbling out & the Location is not the best as it’s on the edge of a sketchy area.

It's cheap and the staff is friendly but it doesn't have any other good points. The area is ugly and unsafe, the room has a constant smell of sewage, the mattress and pillows are terrible, the curtains let in all the light.

Reserve in this hotel at a cost of $500 a night and with VAT, so request an Invoice. Reception staff very friendly and very good treatment both day and night shift. The location of the hotel seemed appropriate to me, it is a 7-minute walk from the 20 de Noviembre market and 15 minutes from the zócalo. If you prefer a taxi, you can use Uber or Didi and they charge about $53 pesos tip so you don't get scammed by taxis that then ask for more than $70. The room, which is a suite with a whirlpool bath, was clean, spacious and quiet. They give you a daily bottle of water, new towels and bars of soap every day when cleaning the room. If hot water comes out but it takes a long time, it is an important water loss. The Wifi signal is intermittent, a point to improve with a signal repeater because it does affect if you have to work on some pending. Also the TV signal is lost sometimes they have cable TV but it should be better ****. The pillows are super mini type Baby crib for a King Size bed as a suggestion they sell some Memory Foam at ultimaunidad.webmex.com.mx with a 3-year premium quality guarantee. Depending on the day, if there is a strange smell that is usually solved by opening the bathroom window and covering the drain next to the toilet and sink. They could also throw air freshener spray. For the rest, everything is fine. The truth is, we take advantage of doing tours that last almost all day. Monte Albán is $200 per person and boils water $300 per person bought from a girl by the church of Santo Domingo. In short, a good stay.
