Had a booking for the weekend, booked over a month again, even got another confirmation of my booking at morning on my arrival day, at arrival on afternoon they just said that they are overbooked and I should search sth. else on booking no apologies or help were offered. No information were sent about it. Staff were extremely unprofessional and behaving like they are not understanding english.

We had a room on the ground floor behind reception. It was extremely noisy, no hot water and barely a trickle of cold water. No blanket for the bed just a thin sheet. With the air con on we were freezing but with it off we were boiling. Didn’t sleep a bit.

Sehr einfaches Hotel mit puristischer Zimmereinrichtung. Zimmerreinigung gibt es nur auf ausdrückliche Anweisung an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist extrem einfach. Eine Sorte Saft, Kaffe, etliche Eivarianten, Toast oder Arepa ... das war's. Ohne Spanischkenntnisse oder Übersetzungsapp geht nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur ein paar Schritte zur Strandpromenade einerseits, ebenso kurz die Entfernung zur Ausgehmeile in die andere Richtung. In Summe ist der Preis akzeptabel und es läßt sich für 2-3 Nächte aushalten. Zudem insgesamt recht leise, was in Kolumbien nicht selbstverständlich ist.
