The room was ok, for the price is absolutely bad, customer service is disgustingly specially the night manager, he is not educated to treat customers properly, he is prejudice towards certain customers. He does not care about families,

The property is old... breakfeast is repetitive and bad.... no plates or glasses... the typical food that you are willing to eat is all on pay... ruining the experience.... service at the beach is very limited same in the pool really bad and takes for ever. Food at restaurants are really poor variaty and quality.... i would say this is a 2 star hotel that for sure wont recommended

be careful when staying here the offer you something and then not what was said ….felt unsafe after a coustomer attack me and nothing was done so i had to staying in the room for my safety not cool at all the ruin my birthday

A wonderful place to stay in Santa Marta. You won’t even want to get out of the resort because everything you may need is there. It’s also huge, so a lot of options. Nature all around, really friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
