It's an excellent location for family, my only complaints is that needs hot water in the room showers and better WiFi. Cellular coverage is very poor or inexistent. The resort is near Tayrona National Park one of the best places to visit in Colombia.

We stayed there for five days with many family members (we were around 40 people) because we went for a marriage, and it was there worse experience ever. I have been in plenty of hotels around the globe and this hotel is definitely the worst of all. I will tell you why: - The images and videos shown on their website and networks are not up to date, the hotel is in a precarious condition. Some buildings are even abandoned, their only guests are bats and black vultures - Electricity is rationed during the day, meaning that between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm there is no electricity and consequently no air conditioning or fan ... and those are the hottest times during the day - There is no internet, only at the reception and it works intermittently - There is no coherence in the proposed rates, it seems that everyone puts a price on the services. We wanted to have Christmas dinner with them, in principle the price was 60,000 Colombian pesos, and the day we went to pay, they asked us for 100,000 pesos without any explanation - The cleaning and general services staff are friendly, but those who work in reception and those in charge of personnel management are not. - The room they gave us at first was a two-bedroom apartment, our room, which was the main one, had a mattress full of ants, the bathtub still had hair from former guests and the air conditioning was hot - The price they put for their services is ridiculous compared to what you receive, it is a scam in reality. In that same area you can find better hotels for the same price, and at least they don't use the name "4-star Resort" to offer you a 1-star service There are two positive things that I can highlight about our stay, the cleaning staff, especially Mrs. Martha from module 10 and the SPA services but we will never go back to that place and we will certainly never recommend it Diana Gordon.

-La comida es pésima y demasiado costosa. - muy estrictos y rígidos en la comida que uno elige - No dejan ingresar alimentos - los precios de la tienda son muy costosos y no hay mucho que elegir - la playa siempre cerrada sin salvavidas -Las habitaciones con muchos mosquitos - no hay WiFi - no dejan usar la cocina - queda lejos de todo sitio turístico

•Excelente Ubicación. •El equipo humano del hotel atiende bien. •Las instalaciones aunque se mantienen, es notable que han decaído. •Los alimentos ( lo acostumbrado para un todo incluido ); Y particularmente no nos gusto. •Por otra parte, Los espacios del hotel te dan la oportunidad de armar plan en grupos grandes, y al escoger plan ( dormida una comida del bufet ); Y las otras dos comidas ( escogerlas de la carta / posiblemente serian mejor ). •amplia zona de parqueos y de muy fácil acceso. •Cuentan con un mini super mercado. •Los Precio están bien. ( económicos )

Pésimo sitio y toda la publicidad es ENGAÑOSA. Habitaciones viejas y anticuadas sin casilla de seguridad y sin citófono, quitan el aire acondicionado todos los días de 9:00 am. a 12 m., además de que NO HAY WIFI en las áreas comunes y menos en las habitaciones, si quiere conect**** debe ir hasta recepción para tener wifi. Sólo funciona Claro, Movistar no Los precios de las bebidas y alimentación son super costosos, una cerveza nacional en el supermarket cuesta $8.000. La alimentación es tipo buffet, no se puede repetir ni siquiera agua. La ubicación es a 2 horas de Santa Marta y 1:30 hora de Palomino, super lejos de todo, toca tomar bus para cualquier sitio y para completar pasan super llenos. En recepción nunca saben nada, la atención es horrible. La playa es espantosa, llena de piedras y siempre esta izada la bandera roja; es decir no se puede nadar. Después de que ustedes pagan la totalidad del precio por la estadía, absolutamente nadie te contesta el teléfono y menos el whatsapp.

Pésimo. El sistema de comidas con papeles es del siglo pasado, la comida es horrible como de cafetería de colegio y el servicio es de mala gana a las patadas. El lugar aunque está limpio es viejo y anticuado. Si buscan descanso y relajación no es el lugar, cada quien tiene su parlante a todo volumen, los niños llorando a toda hora. Es un resort sacado de una mala película de los 90's

Este fin de año 2022, tuve la oportunidad de visitar este sitio tan bello en el Parque Nacional Tayrona llamado Mendihuaca Beach Resort y fue una bonita experiencia. A pesar de que la infraestructura es de 25 años, están remodelando las habitaciones y las piscinas son espectaculares. Un bonito lugar para descansar y dej**** atender. La playa se puede caminar y disfrutar de las olas que se van haciendo con la brisa. Se puede almorzar también en la Playa Los Cocos a 2,3 Km por la playa. Solamente tuvimos un inconveniente que no hubo energía durante 30 horas (o más) al final de nuestra estadía.

Buena relación costo beneficio, es un hotel viejo pero lo están renovando, hermosa playa y muy buenas piscinas, la Comida fue muy buena. Lo único malo fue el volumen de la música el sábado, exagerado y tuvimos que ir a pelear para que le bajarán, deben cuidar a los que no van de rumba.
