地理位置和設施在Santa Monica的性價比不高，並不推薦。
因為我訂了海景大床房，所以理所當然的拿了頂樓的房間。但在服務細節上，真的太失望。
房間裏不提供飲用水，沒有水杯，沒有熱水壺，沒有一切常規的用品。還好我自己帶了足夠的咖啡飲料和小電鍋。
房間裏的提供的洗漱品牌也不咋滴，在絕大多數的五星酒店都跟換成一線品牌的護膚品以後，遇到這種雜牌（一晚3000-4000）還真的很驚訝。反正我也不用。
遇到最不能容忍的事情就是，我衹是問一下我的房間裏能不能加一個咖啡桌和2張椅子，方便我看日落，結果被前台大聲的數落了一番。我一下子沒反應過來，我到底是不是客人😂 還好攜程的客服解決問題效率一級棒，瞭解情況後，處理的非常滿意，酒店也及時送上了道歉，並把桌椅放進了房間裏。但為什麼一開始就不能好好講話呢。
第二件事，入住第二天遇上酒店員工鬧矛盾（罷工）7點被警報聲（火警，救護車和警車聲），我老公穿着浴袍就跑下樓了……虛驚一場。不過，跟攜程客服溝通後，酒店也表示的歉意和補償。
總體感覺吧，4000一晚上太不值了！不如看看同一條街的其他2000-3000的選擇吧。

Beautiful modern hotel with 2 pools and a great restaurant. No balconies for guest rooms, which is unusual for SoCal, but the windows do open for that ocean breeze. Parking is $60 per night plus resort fees just FYI but you can go in and out.

Some of the best service at any hotel I’ve stayed. The sugar palm restaurant was absolutely fantastic and every person working there made you feel taken care of and welcomed. Wonderful experience!

Disappointing. The hotel charges a mandatory ‘resort fee’ but the gym is small with space for four people maximum. The small swimming pool is outdoor and it was cold so I don’t know what the other ‘resort’ facilities are. We saw a homeless man try to grab a handbag from a woman on the sidewalk outside the hotel and he was in a tug of war with her while two hotel security guys just watched from about ten yards away and didn’t do a thing to help. Our suite lacked anywhere to put bags but housekeeping brought a folding rack when we called. There was a drip coffee machine but no tea available. The bathroom had no bath but a big shower area with a fixed overhead spray and no hand shower. Christmas dinner was also a disappointment. There was nothing about our experience that could make us recommend this hotel.

After checking-in I found that there is no parking around, only valet parking and no breakfast included, your website shows as it was included, I really think that this place is overpriced for what it has to offer.

The hotel It’s nice. The restaurant was bad. All night sick all of us. We had the thanksgiving menu. Bad experience. The hotel don’t give you water you have to call and order?? We suppose to get a drink at our arrival, I forget and the front desk did not offer. We supposed to get an upgrade on the room. Again a forget to ask. Front desk did not offer. I ask for a check out late. They only gave us 1 hr. I need 1 and half hour. Not a great experience for sure. All my stay my stomach was bad.
