"The breakfast is very simple, and there is no table for eating. The location is good and the surrounding community is clean. Parking is charged. Generally speaking, if you drive, it is not recommended to choose this place."

"Perfect location in Downtown Santa Monica very close to many attractions, shopping & dining options. The famous Santa Monica Pier is an easy walk across from the hotel, along with plenty of beach/ocean access. The entire property is renovated & the rooms are very nice, comfy beds and the chaise sofa next to the window is perfect for watching the sunset or activity in the busy area. My only complaints are that the heated outdoor pool wasn't finished (although a full amenity charge was applied, which it is part of), microwaves weren’t available, live TV doesn't show programs on the guide (just channel abbreviation), cellphone coverage is weak in the room unless you are next to the window."

"The hotel had a power outage early in the morning. We waited for a long time but it was not repaired. We had to check out early. We negotiated with the front desk, but they did not give us any compensation. It seemed that power outages were commonplace. Not recommended"
