This is a basic but very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly, the grouper dinner in their restaurant was inexpensive and the best I ever had ! I live in Florida where we eat grouper often. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable and I’m fussy about having a comfy bed. I plan to return when I come back to Santiago soon.

The worst service we had receive so far. Overpriced. The night reception clerk was very rude. One of the night staff banged my door at midnight when he new that my wife was alone in the room.The room was very small and uncomfortable. There was no space to move around and we had to jump one on top of the others to get off bed.
