Es un hotel tirado al olvido, sin mantenimiento, sucio por todos lados , desde el lobby los baños están horribles , humedad x todos lados , olores pésimos, las albercas sucias , el restaurant viejo ,es como si en 20 años nunca hubieran cambiado mobiliario,toallas horribles ya se están hasta negras de lo relavado, la alfombra no se diga asquerosa, , cero tecnología el WIFI no funciona, la televisión igual de hace 20 años ,deberás todo en este "hotel" es un verdadero asco, el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar en madrugada y cero atención, opte por salir al siguiente día, aún y cuando tenía reservada una noche más, YA NO SE QUE ADJETIVOS MAS AGREGAR, LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA PARA MI FAMILIA , ASCO DE DISQUE HOTEL, VERGUENZA LES DEBERIA DAR ESTAR HACIENDO PROMOCION EN REDES SOCIALES

El lugar hermoso, el hotel viejo, la habitación tenía un olor a humedad, a encerrado, está muy viejo no tenían toallas y el teléfono no servía, tuvimos que ir en la mañana caminando a recepción pra pedir toallas y decirles que el teléfono no.servia, el restaurante muy abandonado no dan ganas de comer ahí, les falta mucho, el lugar donde esta el hotel es bellísimo pero al.hotel le.dariamos 2 estrellas.

Todo muy bien , desde la comodidad de un hotel puedes disfrutar tu estancia en medio de la naturaleza, que te brinda la ubicación de este hotel en el cerro de Santiago, N L, muchas actividades y muy buena comida de la región , en especial los desayunos, recomiendo los chilaquiles y los huevos divorciados

Una experiencia increíble en contacto con la naturaleza. Una gran opción para despejarte de la rutina de la ciudad. Sus instalaciones, puntos de interés, actividades, comida, vistas panorámicas, alberca, todo en general estuvo exclenete. El personal siempre muy atento y amable.

Excelente lugar para escaparte de la ciudad y las mejores vistas al cerro y noches estrelladas y las cenas románticas en el mirador super recomendadas. Desde el mirador puedes observar el centro de Villa de Santiago, La presa Boca y puedes caminar hacia la cascada Cola de Caballo.

Excelente lugar para estar en contacto con la naturaleza y disfrutar en familia, amigos, recién casados, o solo. Yo voy varias veces al año a pasar fines de semana, cuenta con Restaurant, la comida de excelente sabor y calidad, trato amable de todo el personal habitaciones limpias, amplias y muy confortables. Puedes disfrutar muy agusto de sus areas verdes, albercas, gimnasio, y para los amantes de lo extremo, esta el Bongie. Ampliamente Recomendado..

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la naturaleza y una buena estancia en hotel, Alberca , instalaciones en general, servicio de primera , la comida muy buena y si quieres un poco de adrenalina disfruta del bongi. Les recomiendo ampliamente el lugar.

Super viejo, descuidado, huele a humedad, paredes rotas, arañas en las paredes, muebles viejos, no hay iluminación en el estacionamiento, no hay vasos en la habitación, el restaurante cierra super temprano.
