It has been great for us, the price ratio with the hotel is super good, the breakfast good, the location great. Very good rooms. The only thing that failed was the wifi that did not reach my room well. In terms of cleanliness and facilities, super good. There was a refrigerator in the room.

Perfecto hotel a pocos metros del centro De Santiago din tener que soportar ruido de bares. Justo al lado hay un supermercado a la derecha y a la izquierda, el mercado victoria con unos dulces caseros espectaculares. Limpieza perfecta. Visitó mucho la ciudad y siempre me alojo en el hotel. Located just 5 minutes walking to the Cathedral and main attractions such as restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops, boutiques and more! Hotel was clean with an excellent buffet breakfast with charcuterie, cheeses and fresh fruit. Santiago at the front desk and staff in general were friendly and very helpful. A taxi can be arranged at reception for 25 Euros and is only 30 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality Hotel Gelmirez!

Everything perfect except for the lack of enough illumination at the bed due to damaged and not-working lamps at both sides of bed.
