Hotel Faranda Los Tilos, Ascend Hotel Collection

The hotel was adequate and inexpensive, but had significant shortcomings for its advertised category. In our case, the room windows were quite dirty, and we only received one bath towel for two people and no hand towels, despite requesting them. Their response was that they had experienced problems with the laundry service. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly and attentive, quickly replenishing any items that ran out.

The hotel room was a decent size, but the facilities were basic; it would probably cost 2-3 yuan at most.

I have penalized the cleaning service because they forgot to change the towels and clean the bathroom since when I returned I found hair in the shower.

For a 4 star hotel it doesn't seem like much to me. I asked for an extra large bed and I didn't get one. They gave me 2 beds and a room with a closed door so you could hear everything in the other room. No value for money, nothing.

The service at the front desk was very good. It's a shame that the room wasn't cleaned very well.

A 10 minutos del centro De Santiago de Compostela en coche. Personal muy agradable y restaurante-pizzería para cenar desayunar que está bien. Habitaciones amplias y el baño está muy bien

Lo cogimos a las afueras De Santiago (10min), zona muy tranquila, solo para ir a dormir sin desayuno, pero en la cafetería puedes desayunar aparte a precio “normal”
