Friendly service at reception. The apartment was a bit far from the center but well connected, clean, and tidy. We had a great rest. XD

The apartment is well-equipped and super spacious. The only thing to improve would be small elements that are necessary, such as a dish towel in the kitchen, or some detail that is appreciated when arriving from a trip such as a bottle of water. But for the rest, except for some dirt, pretty good.

Spartan, very limited furnishings. For example, no bedside table or bedside lamps in the bedrooms, a small table with two chairs in an apartment designed for at least four visitors. Extremely limited kitchen equipment. Water heater not working. Clean bedding, but otherwise the cleanliness of the place was questionable. Well located within walking distance of the historic center, the intermodal bus station, and good restaurants.

Very good apartment. Close to the center. With all the amenities except the oven. With outdoor parking. A 10-minute walk from the cathedral. Highly recommended. Fully equipped kitchen. They don't have an oven, but they do have a microwave and iron. Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. Toiletries and bedding are replenished daily, and cleaning is also done daily.

Apartment in a good location, just 15 minutes walk from the historic center. Habitable, clean, very spartan, economical and practical. I only recommend it for showering and sleeping, nothing more. Check in from 4pm, or 4:30pm, or whenever they can. However, for check out they are “knocking” on your door at 10:30am. Cheap and practical option, don't look for anything else than a good shower and sleep.

I went with my husband and daughter. We were given an apartment on the 4th floor. The elevator doesn't reach it. It's a loft with no ventilation or windows. There's a reinforced roof, but pigeons and cats get in because it needs to be closed. There's no air conditioning, and only one fan for both rooms. The mattresses are hard and the pillows are thin. I don't recommend it.

A shame. Student neighbors, without respecting minimum standards. The location is good, the apartment is complete and comfortable. But bad experience. We traveled as a family and we couldn't rest. On the same floor there are rude, defiant and noisy tenants all night, every night. We would leave scared, they would come out and laugh. They ruined our stay. A place where I would not return

We stayed in an apartment on the top floor last December and it was one of the best experiences we have had lately. Bright, renovated, spacious and fully equipped apartment. Very quiet and ideal area, it is located in the university area, easy access and to find parking at night. If I had to make a complaint, it would be the hot water pressure is weak. Very friendly and professional staff, also thank Ana and her colleague at the reception for the kind and helpful treatment they offered us and the possibility of letting us store our suitcases at the hotel on the day of check-out, which is great since there is a nearby bus stop that takes you to the airport directly. Finally, I would like to comment, this point is totally unrelated to the direction or management of the apartments, and is the little empathy that some guests have when they return in the wee hours of the morning for the rest and right to sleep of others, and I hope With this comment we can raise awareness among future clients, since we normally read the comments and we all like to enjoy our vacations, both day and night.
