"The hostel was great. The beds were comfortable and had curtains for privacy and less light. It had a patio, which was pretty nice. The bathrooms were clean, and everything was very clean overall. The worst part was the location, but it's a bit of a walk, and if there isn't one, there's a bus that drops you off right at the door. Definitely worth it for the price/quality ratio."

"A well-located hotel for exploring Santiago de Compostela and the rest of Galicia. The bus stops right outside the hotel to take you to the center of Santiago. By car, the center is a 10-minute drive away, and parking is available at a reasonable price in a parking lot next to the Cathedral. The hotel has easy access to the highway, allowing you to explore the rest of Galicia without any problems. The hotel has ample free parking. Small pets are welcome, and they provide a bed, food, and water bowl in the room. The restaurant has a terrace, which is dog-friendly. Located opposite Monte do Gozo, the hotel staff is very friendly and provides information on how to get to Santiago and a map."

"If I could give this apartment a zero for service, I definitely would. The check-in address was completely wrong, and the address they gave me after communication was also incorrect; I had to use the map they provided to find it. I couldn't meet any staff members in person; communication was only possible online, and everything was only answered the next day. The phone staff were extremely rude. No matter how long I stayed, no one cleaned the apartment; I had to clean it myself, which is unacceptable for an apartment at this price. The only good thing was the apartment facilities. The stove was broken, and when I reported it to the staff, they ignored it. The location is inconvenient; you absolutely need a car to stay here, as there is virtually no public transportation."

However, it is unacceptable to have a double bed for a couple that is only 135 cm wide. For a hotel of this standard, a proper double or queen-size bed should be the minimum. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay and should be addressed."

"Well located if you want to leave your car or arrive by bus or train, 20 minutes from Plaza de Galicia. The room is spacious and bright. The bathroom is renovated (spacious, but lacks utensils; if you need a toothbrush or something else, just ask at reception and they'll give you the temperature). The temperature is very good (it was very cold outside, but the entire hotel was warm). The minibar needs a coffee maker or kettle to be perfect. The decor and furniture could use some updating (the bedside table had cracked Formica)."
