• Helpful staff: Friendly staff from the front desk who found you a large room to accommodate your needs ,big thanks to Carlos- Alavro – Eliana y Benjamin) • Restaurant: Staff who were accommodating to your dietary restrictions, with gluten-free breakfast and dinner options, big thanks to Luis – Ramon – Nicolas • Location: Perfect location right on the main plaza, with cafes and restaurants within walking distance • Breakfast: Amazing breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options, including a delicious sweet table with medialunas • Room: Clean and comfortable room with a large bathroom, king-size bed, and helpful cleaning crew • Amenities: Great gym, pool, and spa area that were clean and easy to access • Parking: No on-site parking, but affordable private parking available nearby Overall, you would recommend staying at NG Santiago del Estero and would return yourself in the future. • Personal servicial: Personal amable desde la recepción que te encontró una habitación grande para satisfacer tus necesidades. The hotel was an unhealthy experience and I am surprised that the health department let this hotel to open the doors to the public. From the first day, I was sick and I developed an up respiratory infection. After my investigation and taking to employees and public I found that the sewers smell in the building do to be closed for 4 to 5 years. At that point, I determined that I needed to relocated to a different hotel in the capital. After talking to the receptionist, I checked my self out. The receptionist charged for 3 days when I stayed 2 days only and also charged me for another day for canceling the reservation. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone for the Unhealthy facility.
