The hotel is in downtown Santiago de Chile, located on a very quiet street ends on a residential area. It a very cozy place, makes you feel home. The hotel has its own restaurant which seems to be the best known secret is town as for lunch is very popular. Plenty of seating including a very nice outdoor terrace. The place is super clean and confortable, perfect location close to everything and safe.

Our stay at Hotel Pasko was amazing! The hotel is lovely, meals are delicious, location is perfect, and staff is extraordinary. Highly recommend and will return ourselves if we ever get back to Santiago.

I stayed for 6 nights in this hotel. The neighbourhood is safe and convenient. Metro station in 1-min walk.
I took an Uber from airport and arrived the hotel at 11PM and I felt safe, even the hotel was located at the end of an alley which the Uber / taxi can only drop you off in the main street.
There are quite many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Plaza de Armas will be just walk straight to the left for 5 blocks with 10-min walking distance. Santa Lucia hill, a park and the national museum of Fine Arts is in 5-min walking distance. All of them are highly recommended to visit.
Perfect breakfast. Room is not very spacious but good enough, not too small. Bed is cozy. Staffs are nice and offered help.

I really wanted to rate this property higher because the staff was excellent, and it was in a great location.
But, we had a room that was at the front of the building. There’s a motion light across the street that went in and off all night. Plus, the hotel’s front door bangs when it opens and closes in the night, as well, sound travels up the stairs, and echos into rooms.
This hotel has a lot of potential, but I found it too noisy to enjoy.

Hotel Pasko is a short 3 min walk (~200m) from the Bellas Artes metro station on a side street. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. The included breakfast was limited but featured eggs to order, ham and cheese and toast. It was tasty. There are a variety of eateries within 2-4 blocks and great quick bites pizza and empanada shop at the corner of Al. Montt and Monjitas. Within 400m on Merced there is a Lider Express supermarket (a part of the Walmart empire) and a Starbucks . There are benches on Almirante Montt that attract youth to hang out but the street is brightly lit so no worries. My room overlooked the street but I didn't find street noise at all annoying. Bellas Artes metro station is on Line 5 (Green), one stop away are transfers to Line 1 (Red) at Baquedano and Line 3 (Brown) at Plaza de Armas. Patio Bellavista is 15-20 walk or take metro to Baquedano and walk 400m. Barrio Italia is 10 min. (3 stops away) via Green metro line and Santa Isabel station. Hotel Pasko is easily accessible from the airport by bus and metro via the main bus terminal at Turbus Alameda/Universidad de Santiago.

The staff was lovely, breakfast was decent, the room was clean and comfy, and the location was exceptional. Like all the hotels I stayed at in Chile, they do not provide wash clothes. If you want to use one, bring one from home

Nice hotel with surprisingly quiet location in downtown Santiago. Well located for exploring with a metro very nearby and a good variety of restaurants close at hand. We checked in on a Sunday at the end of the holidays and had a very disappointing room. When the regular -- and very helpful -- staff were back on the Monday we easily changed rooms. It is worth paying a little more and being on an upper floor. Breakfast is good but basic.

I stayed for 6 nights at Pasko Hotel with my boyfriend and we could not have made a better choice. The hotel is located in the heart of Lastarria, a bohemian area in Santiago full of bars, restaurants and at a walking distance from the city main attractions: Patio Bellavista, La Chascona, Cerro Santa Lucia, Plaza de armas, Cerro San Cristobal and many others. The only time we had to take a car was to go to Sky Costanera, but we could as well had take the metro: it is right by the door. The rooms are new, large and very confortable, great bed and shower. But the best thing about this hotel is definitely their staff: Esteban, Carolina and Alejandra made us feel like old friends. They were always available to give us some nice city tips, to offer a hot beverage or even to talk about Chile's history. In short, we loved our stay and are already anxious to go back.
