Una verdadera estafa, debido a que realizamos una reserva la cual se genero el pago por dos noches, pero cuando llegamos al hostal nos mencionaron que no se realizaban reservas de forma diaria solo mensuales y que no podíamos ingresar, además sin dar solución o devolución de dinero. Lo peor es que fueron alrededor de 10 personas en la misma circunstancia en el lapso de tiempo en el que estábamos esperando. Aun no tenemos respuesta del hostal.

Terrible el lugar y la situación que viví con esta hostal hoy 17 de marzo del 2022. Arrendé por 1 noche a través de Airbnb en esta hostal, se aceptó la reserva, todo, y al llegar al lugar (9:30 pm aproximadamente), la recepcionista a través de un citófono me dijo que no podía pasar, que ya no arrendaban por noche, que no podía hacer nada, que me las arreglara yo. Me dijo que ellos habían bajado las publicaciones pero la aceptación de la reserva se realizó. Vengo de otra región y tuve que buscar desesperadamente otro lugar donde quedarme, ya que el lugar donde se encuentra la hostal no bueno. Una verguenza, me quedé tirado porque no son capaces de eliminar correctamente sus publicaciones de booking o airbnb y dejan a la deriva sin dar solución ni nada, solo hechando del lugar y siquiera a la cara, por un citófono. Espero que nadie más se aloje aquí.
